Poorly made app.

Don’t waste your time I’m filing a law Suite against them nothing but a scam

I can’t sign in JeniusBank and it says invalid credentials but I can sign in easily on the website. I like the bank but JeniusBank as of right now unusable FOR ME!

It never lets me keep the password I make. Always makes me create a new one to log in. Quite annoying

App Is very basic but sufficient in that it allows me to see transactions, make transfers, and it lists my interest rate front and center—unlike other apps who try to bury it so you don’t see when it drops. Up until recently, JeniusBank worked just fine but now Face ID is broken. I updated to see if that fixes it and no such luck. I rarely have my password on me so this has rendered JeniusBank nearly useless at the moment. Beyond fixing Face ID, I’d love to see daily accrued interest. With Face ID fix, App would be a four.

I got JeniusBank when it was first released a few months ago and there have been numerous times that Face ID does not work. It’ll work for several log-ins and then it’ll say “Error: Please log in with your username and password”. I will then log in as requested and it’ll work for couple of days and then it’ll happen again. It’s definitely annoying.

JeniusBank is smooth and looks great. That said, it’s quite minimal and there’s missing functionality at the moment. I can see more detail tied to my interest rates on the website and none of that can be found within the current app iteration. I will continue to use the browser version, which provides all of this and more, until JeniusBank is improved.

JeniusBank itself I don’t think is the most user friendly. There should be an option for push notifications such as for deposits, withdrawals, etc. I am not able to add or verify external accounts through JeniusBank . Otherwise JeniusBank is nice just for checking balances and transactions.

The download, sign in and information was as expected. One critical feature missing is the ability to access and download statements. Statement downloading/printing is quite convoluted when using an iPad browser so I do hope JeniusBank will someday offer statement downloading/printing in a user friendly way.

Needs to have access to statements and the ability hide accounts that are no longer open. It will be interesting to see how JeniusBank evolves. JeniusBank is missing interest that is YTD and Prior YTD. Also, it would be nice to that JeniusBank is viewable in landscape mode instead of only portrait mode.

I need to see my daily accured interest. I come to this bank just because of the HYSA. JeniusBank is simple and smooth, but it does not show the earned interest. I will add another star if you update your app to show daily interest.

I initially transferred funds May, 2024..Have added to the account since..While their rate of return is solid for sideline cash, JeniusBank leaves some to be desired..I to wish they had an integrated checking/savings account..

Jenius is a newer digital bank with a great interest rate on savings accounts. Love the new mobile application!

I haven’t had my Jenius HY savings account for very long, but I’ve only had two complaints so far with the system. The first one being that there wasn’t an app the second one being I wish that a checking account match came out as well. I know the checking account is eventually on the way, but I’m so excited that there’s finally an app I don’t have to be locked into my computer or hope that my password has behaved it a browser when I get out of my password and then use Face ID and make absolutely certain that I have full access to my financial dashboard the clean and easy to understand interface.

I have been using JeniusBank from few weeks and trust me when I say it’s amazing! It’s easy to understand and things work smoothly. Hope they bring more features soon!

App is very simple and straightforward. No unnecessary clutter, no stuttering when switching between tabs. Everything is laid out for you right where you need it and very easy to access any information you need. I am very new to Jenius but so far the experience has been great, and with a 5.25% APY, not many can compete!

JeniusBank finally came out and it’s great!

Simple and easy to use.
