How to fix Ovago app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ovago app on iPhone
Update Ovago app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ovago iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ovago on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ovago network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ovago Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ovago not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ovago App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ovago » click [Force Stop]

Update Ovago to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ovago App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ovago » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ovago.

Fix Ovago unable to contact server/ Ovago internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ovago » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ovago » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
