Calendar Date Options for Usage Reporting

The app has recently changed from a monthly calendar date format to a 30 day window for energy usage reporting. There is no reason in this current day of analytical data collecting that a customer should not be able to run a report on usage with dynamic start and end dates. The day, week, month and year options are nice, but this app needs just a bit more effort. Please update this app with the option to report energy use with the ability to choose a start and end date, in addition to the currently available options.
EcoNet Proterrea Water Heater App

App Worked great for 7 months then it was reading the water heater anymore. Of coarse no problem, I already have an account so just reinstall it… right?? No do this and you lose ALL your stats from the last 7 months… but wait it keeps the health of your system???? What type of crap is this? I actually liked the app and it was working fine for months. How does it keep the health of your system but not your usage. It was so nice to scroll back every month to see what our use was but no longer. It treated me when I logged back in as a first timer. Can’t believe this. I have many apps that keep track of previous account info if u log in or out… seriously someone fix this app, so many complaints. For how much the water heater costs you think the company could get a quality app company. I am willing to update this review if they can fix this issue. But I am very disappointed with Rheem at this point.
Garbage app for good water heater

The design of this app was recently redone. Sure it looks prettier now but the nonstop bugs, consistent connection issues, glitchy interactions, and more remain… and are worse now I think. Money spent in the wrong area.
This is paired with a support team that, when they do pick up, never offer any real help or know what’s going on other than repeating the same old steps. And when that doesn’t work, they have nothing else to offer. For the last 3 days our heater has been ‘disconnected’ because of ‘server issues’. No timeline for a resolution, no further explanation of what is going on. Useless.
The entire team on this product need to be replaced and everything about it and how it’s supported and integrated with Rheem rebuilt. It’s a mess.
