This morning marks the 1st time I got confirmation of something that I’ve been noticing since the recent updates Celestia has been missing on my refresh and I’ve had to refresh multiple times to get it to show…………well this morning the worst happen it seems to have deleted itself and my money is gone on what was supposed to be a very protected cold wallet I’ve spent money on the this app Pro and turned around and also bought the classic I’m waiting for a response from this app a email was sent but I’m disgusted this morning with this I’m tempted to let a few major YouTubers I know about this matter because this is a issue that can’t go ignored and your products are to pricey for this mishaps very disappointing I’ll update if anything changes.

I DL this and bought the pro based on a YouTuber recommending it. However of the 25+ hot wallets/apps I have used, this one if the worst!!! It's NOT straight forward, there are no good instructions on how to use OneKey , it's lost my tokens... it's just a poor program. If they would make some videos clearly explaining it, maybe it would be ok. But for general use and trying to just "figure it out" it's horrible. Tangem and even cold card with nunchuck were both FAR easier to use!!!

I would give five stars if OneKey was updated. When I click all networks my balance doesn’t reflect all networks. I need to individually click in to each network to see my balance for example kaspa or Avax. Tangem wallet integrated all networks on the main home screen to reflect your total balance.

I sent funds to my wallet for aptos and the explorer says received but my balance is not what is on chain… my balance also changes which is concerning

I just received my this app device and I was so excited to try it out that I did it the moment I received it. And the experience was great! The interface is very easy to use and setup took less than a minute. And with this device, I can have my BTC stored in a super secure way, but still have quick access to them if needed. Also, I’m impressed by the fact that it comes with Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum wallets. Awesome stuff!
