If I could give this a negative star I would. They changed SmartSwitchmyPhone for the worst. I literally hate SmartSwitchmyPhone and now you have to pay for it wth. This was a free app that was easy for people to use especially elderly people now it’s not. Try again make SmartSwitchmyPhone free and better.

I downloaded SmartSwitchmyPhone to switch to iPhone, and SmartSwitchmyPhone literally NEVER worked. It just scans, but never sent anything to my new phone.
Can’t even get past connecting to the Wi-Fi to even get it to start when both phones are Connected
I was trying to copy iPhone to iPhone with the phones next to each other and it was continually stopping. I gave up and used iTunes with my computer.
I didn’t know what this was and never meant to order and be charged weekly!!!! Please refund all my charges and let me know
You want money for SmartSwitchmyPhone and it does not work
I couldn’t transfer my data to another iPhone. I tried so my times and it didn’t let me. I want my refund.
SmartSwitchmyPhone is utterly useless!!! They want money to use it up front but provide a garbage system that doesn’t seem to work at all. Terrible app. Nothing but issues with this useless failure of a technology.

I recently upgraded from Android to IOS. This was the worst experience I have ever had since owning a cell phone (1992). Three times the transfer has only provided less than a third of the photos, data, and contacts from my old Android device.
Does it copy the data and stay on both phones or does it transfer and data gets moved??
