First time customer. Biscuits and Gravy ordered. Biscuits are ok but Gravy is terrible in taste, greasy and very weird aftertaste mixed with flour. Really disappointing in the amount of money spent and huge let down in taste. Will be back to DQ, Cracker Barrel going forward!!!

I went to BB at 1:45pm an the doors were already locked an the guy behind the counter was washing the floors an wouldn’t acknowledge me at all! I travel from Wisconsin to Kentucky often an the service is usually subpar an this topped the experience especially since I had my $10 loyalty dollars to use an now will be lost!
I suggest BB starts focusing on customer service!

I’ve made five attempts, ordering through BiscuitBellyLoyalty and not been able to complete an order yet because of security protocols. I’ve never had this experience ordering through another app.

I can’t get past the verification of human. Just keeps spinning. Downloaded again and still the same. Has kept me from ordering when I’m busy.

App rarely works. Got it to load today and clicked to order but it sent me to a page that doesn’t exist. Wanted to give this place another try but unlikely at this point.

A week ago I bought breakfast, spending $48 on. Upon entering the store, saying my name, receiving my order and driving home, I realize it’s not my name. My drink had my name on it but the food had someone else’s name. I called the store because the order I was given was half the price I payed. They said they were refunding the money and leaving me with some coupons for next time. I still have yet to receive my refund on my order and $50 is a lot of money today. I don’t know why biscuit belly won’t refund my money but do not place a mobile order because it will be wrong and they won’t make it right.

Bonuts size has decreased since originally offered. Now the size and shap of an average tater tot versus more of a small ball. They are also harder than original.

Just wish you could self scan your member card at checkout. The server taking your phone to scan it themselves a little odd.

My husband I stopped in to pick up a brunch order for our family today 7/22/23. The staff were extremely personable and helpful.

We will be returning on 7/23/23 for our 32nd Anniversary! We’re looking forward to another Fantastic brunch for our Anniversary.

Stopped in Biscuit Belly for the first time while running errands. The biscuit sandwiches were delicious and big - in fact, the other halves of our sandwiches are what’s for dinner. Great job! We’ll be back!

I love biscuit belly and their app makes earning free biscuits and coffee SO easy. I’ve used it to order online and pick up my order and the staff is so friendly and makes it super easy.

Biscuit Belly has become our go to breakfast spot when we visit Lexington. My favorite is the Turkey Hot Brown. Easily feeds two unless you are my husband. Every element is wonderful and the sauce/gravy is out of this world. The Praline Mocha is like drinking dessert. Love it. Try it today and go hungry.

We love Biscuit Belly. We have visited many of the various breakfast restaurants in Louisville, Biscuit Belly has consistently delivered a delicious product in an environment and atmosphere which is clean and inviting. The staff has always, without exception given great service with a great attitude and kind manner. Oh, did I mention, the food is great!

Made my first visit to Biscuit Belly and it was delicious! The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere clean and inviting. This was the best biscuit I've had since I moved to Charlotte last year. My only complaint is that the food wasn't the right temperature when served, but that won't stop me from returning to try other items!
