I signed up for Blink around March 2022, it’s been a year and 2 months and from the start there’s been issues that they couldn’t fix even a year after release. Them being:

1: Cardless withdrawals can’t be done (they never send an OTP)

2: Biometric authentication doesn’t work every time and sometimes it doesn’t even show up.

3: Customer support can be lacking from time to time.

Matter of fact, it’s actually gotten worse since release with issues such as:

1: They never issue or deliver their cards anymore, I requested a card two times since I lost the original (One time in June 2022 and the other in February 2023) Aramex never got back and the customer service isn’t helpful.

2: Red card apps have been closed for about a year.

3: They take cash from your account at times because you’ve done some “international transactions” in the past (basically paying online)

Lackluster service. Either open a regular Capital Bank account or search for better alternatives. Blink is probably dead and it will only get worse as time goes on.

The idea of blink is just great, but unfortunately it needs a lot of improvements. I dont think launching TheBlink now is good a idea since it needs a lot of work and a lot of features are *coming soon*. They always say get you credit card in minutes, its been 14 days with “technical issue” i think its huge problem when it takes more than 2 weeks to resolve. I have never had an account with capital account but after this i will make sure i never do! Technical issues and weak customer service is a huge red flag for banking.

App keeps crashing very frustrating

FaceID is not working. Chat and phone calls through application are without response and keeps disconnected.

Get an error “something went wring try again” and it’s stuck there
All the info is correct

The UX user experience of TheBlink is all over the place, the swipe thing isn’t any convenient, and cant even register, at the last step it gives an error “something went wrong”! Bad app

Stay away from this neobank, it’s incredibly inefficient, their app is a joke and full of bugs. In trying to be modern and flashy it has a failing UX.
I had an issue since two months and they are still working on solving it.

The registration process is hideous! the swipe to proceed thing is too underdeveloped and if you open another app say the contacts to check the employer phone number then TheBlink will crash, and you cannot use Face ID to login to continue the account opening process, it keeps loading forever. If the registration and opening process is of this quality, what should we expect of the banking services! 🤦🏻‍♂️

After trying TheBlink for about a year now, its still buggy, you cant send your own money to another account ( through normal transactions or CliQ), my card was requested months ago not delivered until now. I cant withdraw my money!!! This is not acceptable for such a big bank.

من ١٨/١ مسجل و عاساس يومين بتكون عندي البطاقة
طبعا اول فترة اتهموا ارامكس انهم تاخروا
و بعدين صار مشكلة و خلال هالاسبوع بتكون البطاقة عندك و هيك ضحك على العملاء و استهزاء اشهر

طبعا التطبيق الفيس اي دي ما بشتغل فيه
و التواصل عبر الاتصال عن طريق التطبيق ما بشتغل بس منظر
و دعايتهم انو ٢٤/٧
يعني كابيتال بنك كان لازم يسلم هالمشروع برايي لحدا عندو خبرة بهالمجال
تطبيق بنك الاتحاد و البنك العربي ممتازين ليش هاد هيك ما بعرف

I really like the whole idea of Blink Bank. All Digitalized, no need for any Physical interactions, etc… TheBlink is kinda buggy, For ex. Touch ID doesn’t log me in everytime, sometimes I have to manually enter my credentials to login. In-app Touch responses can get crazy and respond not as it meant to. I think Blink will have a bright Future ahead of it. I would totally love seeing a Feature that allows transactions from/to PayPal. It would be a Plus for Blink to have links with the biggest Digital Bank in the World PayPal.

It’s a great app.

My card didn't delivered until now i opened my account more than 3 weeks and i try hard to call your number and no response

Amazing app and amazing service ❤️

As per the title, this is one of the most banking apps I use, very easy and functional.
BLINK bank itself is a very impressive concept and a very welcome easy cloud banking service.

I am absolutely amazed by the performance, it gives such an easy application and software developed for easy access and transfers on top of that customer service is top-notch which is phenomenal
I love how it is organised and lively in colour
Gives life to it
I recommend everyone to give it a shot :)
