I tried buying some Ethereum and it was declined by my bank. I talked to my bank and they did an override for me, which would allow me to buy it. When I went back into MoonPay , I proceeded to do the transaction again. This time it was declined on this app’s end and according to the rep I talked to, it was for safety reasons. I was also informed that I would no longer be able to use this payment method to purchase anything from this app in the future and to use something different. I can’t open a new credit card each time their system decides to block a card from being used for “safety reasons”.

Experience has been awful needless to say. I would find a different app to use if you wanted to buy funds.

it’s not a good app because every time you go here to buy bitcoin and if you don’t do something they want they disable your account. They’ve done this to me on numerous occasions so now I can’t even buy bitcoin and the cop the bitcoin company I’m using exodus uses you guys to do the payments and I can’t even buy anything with them because you guys have disabled my account on numerous occasions and you can’t get a hold of you guys for nothing. It’s a joke don’t come to MoonPay don’t use a this app at all. Find some other way of doing it. It’s a horrible app they disable you for no reason are used to buy with them all the time don’t use them they’re expensive they’re not worth it

Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an app from the very beginning when trying to verify my account it was falsely disabled because I pressed one wrong key when putting in my SSN and there was not even an option to go back and because of this my account was disabled indefinitely later when trying to get my account reactivated I was met by unhelpful response from customer service saying there was nothing that could be done. While sending me the terms and regulations and while looking through them I have yet to find out what my account has been disabled for when I have not crossed any guidelines.

It’s pretty quick when you’re buying crypto from this app . Therefore I recommend to who ever to buy crypto from this app apps

It is unbelievable how this people decline purchases from different cards and banks and they blame it on the bank once you fix the problem with the bank they still don’t accept you and they won’t give you a reason why and they will take forever to answer the customer support chat! this is the first time I have to deal with something like this aldo you ask them to process the payment for you and they won’t do it I ended up deleting my account cause something ain’t right there!

scam. so disappointed but this business is scammers. not sure how they’re still able to be in business but horrible business people. rip off. shady. trash. no morals. don’t value customers. the list goes on. good luck but i definitely will never use them again they took my money two times

I downloaded MoonPay after struggling with the site on my phone, every time I attempted a transaction (put in amount, currency I wanted to buy) it moved to another page with “add payment method” with a back arrow.

MoonPay opens the mobile website and has the same problem 🙃🤦🏻‍♀️

I downloaded MoonPay to buy and send bitcoin. Unfortunately my money is just sitting on app because it keep saying “technical difficulties is happening on our end,try again later”. Will not refer anyone to use MoonPay.

They steal your money then you lost it forever then they keep pulling from your account until you are in the red MoonPay destroyed me in less than 15 minutes

I tried to send a transaction, however, it kept looking like it was denied 73 times. I’m beginning to think this is not for me.

This is simple a crypto wallet. Allows you to purchase and send Bitcoin.
I don’t see anything extraordinary at this point.

If your trying to imitate Muun wallet by capitalizing off their name then you have succeed by doing this.

It was easy to buy but now my money is essentially locked up in this app.

The real charge is 8% of whatever in most cases. They charge ridiculous solana network fees that don’t make sense. this app will soon fall to better/ honest third parties.

I deposited a couple dollars and I wanted to get it sent back to my card the minimum you can withdraw is 67 so they want you to spend at least $100 on app that no one uses. I called many support numbers for help one of them laughed because I said I was tryna take $20 off the account smh they kept saying someone was gonna call me for help and no one ever called me I’m not depositing anymore money just to withdraw that’s stupid.. it’s just sad. I talked to 5 people and they all said they exact same thing and I still haven’t received help. I don’t think anyone should use this because imagine having to have $68 + dollars for a crypto app to withdraw your money. 0/10 MoonPay is useless and it’s like they are forcing me to keep money on here that I don’t want on there.. Many other apps for crypto don’t pick this one.

There are countless payment apps out there but this one is all you need for ease of use. Plus this app seems to have way more cryptocurrency offerings than others I’ve tried, which is crucial if you’re looking to diversify your portfolio.

MoonPay is also just a joy to use.

I downloaded MoonPay just to write a review and warn you about these thiefs. I’ve only dealt with this app through my Safepal wallet because I thought it was “safe” no pun intended. Turns out there was some kind of technical error, pretty much Safepal has the wrong contract address to bridge the transaction USDC (e) when this app only accepts USDC. In layman’s terms they weren’t connecting. So I decided to deal with this app directly, sent 300 USDC to the wallet address, per the instructions in the email from: this app. Ask me if I ever got a hold of customer service, or my currency ……………………………………………………………

This is the best app I have known but they just need to adjust in the charges a little bit it a good app anyone can understand and know how to use and it fast it doesn’t takes more than 10min to receive your coin I feel happy while using MoonPay to get coin

this app has gotten better and easier. You can just purchase bitcoin for an external wallet without buying it straight into your own bitcoin wallet. I love it 💯

I have been waiting in the chat for 48 hours now. “Our agents are busier than usual we will connect you soon”…. 2 days later I haven’t gotten so much as a confirmation that my requests for help were received. I messaged on Twitter only to be told they were forwarding my complaint to the “relevant department”. I have gotten no other response. They have $200 of mine. I have no coins and nobody cares. Stay far away.

It has been very difficult to find someone to assist you if you have questions. They send you instructions even though you have explained to them that you are unable to complete it the instructions

MoonPay do not work every time I go to buy crypto it asked to put in a phone number I put in my phone number and it tells me the phone number is already used. I cannot see how this company stay in business. Unbelievable I give it a -3 stars. And that’s being too nice.

I’m accusing MoonPay of stealing my money , because , I had $600+ .I was unable to withdraw it , or sell , only option was to buy more . I left it alone after I didn’t even open MoonPay after a week , I check back & I had $130….
