I signed up for Blink around March 2022, it’s been a year and 2 months and from the start there’s been issues that they couldn’t fix even a year after release. Them being:
1: Cardless withdrawals can’t be done (they never send an OTP)
2: Biometric authentication doesn’t work every time and sometimes it doesn’t even show up.
3: Customer support can be lacking from time to time.
Matter of fact, it’s actually gotten worse since release with issues such as:
1: They never issue or deliver their cards anymore, I requested a card two times since I lost the original (One time in June 2022 and the other in February 2023) Aramex never got back and the customer service isn’t helpful.
2: Red card apps have been closed for about a year.
3: They take cash from your account at times because you’ve done some “international transactions” in the past (basically paying online)
Lackluster service. Either open a regular Capital Bank account or search for better alternatives. Blink is probably dead and it will only get worse as time goes on.
Signing up is the only feature that works

After trying this app for about a year now, its still buggy, you cant send your own money to another account ( through normal transactions or CliQ), my card was requested months ago not delivered until now. I cant withdraw my money!!! This is not acceptable for such a big bank.
