For a good two months now I’ve been hardly able to access the chat feature at all. It just constantly says ‘We are experiencing technical difficulties.’ This is super problematic as I’m supposed to communicate with my provider’s staff through the chat feature. Additionally, the blood glucose readings I report frequently don’t save on the first try and I have to input them multiple times to get them to save. Wish my provider would use a different app for reporting blood glucose.
