Close and restart the Offline Music app on iPhone
Update Offline Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Offline Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Offline Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Offline Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Offline Music not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Offline Music App
1. On android, goto Settings » Offline Music » click [Force Stop]

Update Offline Music to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Offline Music App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Offline Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Offline Music.

Fix Offline Music unable to contact server/ Offline Music internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Offline Music » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Offline Music » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Offline Music
