If you switch to another app on your phone (or back to your home screen), the app completely resets to the home page and doesn't save your most recent searches or product views. It's incredibly frustrating, as most people are using the app while planning out what to purchase for a project. It's worse than just using the website, so I'll delete and just go back to that.

Currently using iOS 17.6.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro with app version 2.3.12. If you'd like my account info for more details, you can reach out. I couldn't find any other way to submit app feedback.

Synchrony took my money, no order number

by HIRE A NEW APP DEVELOPER!

For the second time this year, I have placed an order using the app that I have used for the past 7 years successfully only to have the transaction process on TCS credit card (Synchrony Bank) and TCS have no record of the transaction. It is my birthday month and a 25% off sale is happening, but I won’t be getting jack because Synchrony refuses to remove the transaction so I can do something as an alternative and Container Store doesn’t think I ordered anything at all! I have found many similar products at other stores and will probably not be willing to give Container Store my money if their app is not improved. To say the least…super sucky.
