I could barely get the app to work. Majority of the time it wouldn’t load so my son couldn’t even use the device we purchased!
Where is the original app

I purchased this for my first son as a training tool. Metrics are great. But you could see bat and hand path which to me as a coach was more important. Now I want to use it to help my 12u travel team. And the current app version looks like it’s geared towards kids and games. Not for coaches.
Horrible experience

The whole experience has been bad. Trying to connect and get setup during the holidays was bad, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just the holiday rush. But the issues with the app dropping connection in the middle of a workout persist. Now the app is so bad it won’t even load. Website promises chat, and then no response. Save yourself the frustration and money and don’t use this product and company.
