Last time I opened the app "Welcome to Novelenders " screen popped up regarding safeguarding your personal information and the user agreement and privacy policy. It will not scroll down, so if there is something I'm suppose to acknowledge, I can not scroll.diwn to see it. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, (hopefully when I sign back in I don't loose the progress on the book I spent months reading) I'm enjoying the book and would really like to finish it.

Actually I’m located in Indonesia.I have already top up coins for several times before to access new chapter of Novelenders..But now it seems doesnt working anymore because when I want to top up the coins, it is said that “failed to get the product information, please retry” I already tried again for many times, but it stay still can’t. Then what happened with my Novelenders? And what should I do to access more chapters of Novelenders?

How to fix Novelenders app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Novelenders app on iPhone
Update Novelenders app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Novelenders iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Novelenders on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Novelenders network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Novelenders Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Novelenders not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Novelenders App
1. On android, goto Settings » Novelenders » click [Force Stop]

Update Novelenders to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Novelenders App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Novelenders » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Novelenders.

Fix Novelenders unable to contact server/ Novelenders internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Novelenders » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Novelenders » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
