Summary of Wellth Rewards Problems 🔥

Keeps giving messages (both from app & by text) with reminder for action already done

Better apps out there

Worse since they did their “bug” fix

Reward they offer is only good a certain stores & can’t use & add credit card payment

Fees that will come out if not used

Keeps saying loading. I received new I Phone 15 Plus but when I try to open it it keeps saying “ loading” but it doesn’t do anything else. My other apps are working! Thank you!

How to fix Wellth Rewards app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wellth Rewards app on iPhone
Update Wellth Rewards app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wellth Rewards iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wellth Rewards on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wellth Rewards network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wellth Rewards Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wellth Rewards not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wellth Rewards App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wellth Rewards » click [Force Stop]

Update Wellth Rewards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wellth Rewards App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wellth Rewards » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wellth Rewards.

Fix Wellth Rewards unable to contact server/ Wellth Rewards internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wellth Rewards » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wellth Rewards » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wellth Rewards
