The camera stopt working. Please help.
Since updating the Soulear app 2 days ago, my device does not maintain a connection to my internet. I have of these devices and this happens on both so I believe it is an app problem. Everything was working 4 days ago before I did the app update. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not fix the problem. Nor did restarting my router. Please fix this problem immediately and send out a firmware update ASAP. This device is no longer usable until a fix is done.
Hi, I've been using Soulear for a couple of months. But recently I noticed that it is not working anymore. I thought the battery is empty and tried to recharge it. Somehow it's not recharging and when I pressed the on/off button, the light will be blinking. Could you pls assist me on this? Thank you. Regards, Anik

Do not accept the meger 20% from your purchase th eh will offer. And only Pay for shipping to the US address.
I will file a complaint to Apple about this app publisher as the definitely do track your privacy even though the App Store says it does.

Zero stars needs to be an option. Whatever you did to the app, you’ve rendered it and the cleaner/camera useless.
Plenty of other devices/apps out there for me to choose from. But since I PAID for this one I expect it to work as described.
