That platform has too many fake profiles and women who beg money.
They recently added a live stream with superficial & unsane girls there. That is not serious from that platform administrators and no respect for all people there that looking for a serious relationship. That platform has lost the quality it had before and it is more expensive than some other dating site who offer better quality services.

I’ve never in my life been so inundated with scammers as I’ve been on FilipinoCupid. Literally every woman I’ve spoken to pushes me to move to WhatsApp or telegram and within a day or two of telling me how handsome I am and how much they want to be with me, they either hit me with some crypto scam or straight up ask me for money. It’s always “can you send me money for food?” Or “can you send me money for my moms surgery?” Or some variation of that. I hit so sick and tired of it, I tried to cancel my membership. FilipinoCupid says you can easily cancel at anytime by going into the billing option in the settings. Yeah that link doesn’t actually take you anywhere. I tried contacting them, could t get an email or a website or phone or any info at all. I reported my credit card as lost so I could get a new one with a new number so this terrible app couldn’t continue to charge my card. Don’t waste your time with this. It’s awful.

Don’t purchase a subscription. It’s not worth it. A majority of the girls on FilipinoCupid are fake scammers. They’ll try to get you to go to other apps or websites that you probably need to pay for. They all ask for your email. Who chats with email?!! I used it for 2 days and got so sick of trying to talk to girls I matched with. Almost 100% were scams. Waste of time typing. I complained to the company and they won’t refund me even though it’s been only 2 days and full of scammers. Don’t waste your money.

Kind of a good app, you will get some matches right away.. Like soon as your pictures are up, but you have to PAY to read the received messages. If you send a message that person has to upgrade their account/membership to read your sent message… Apps like these has really ruined dating, for men we have to pay for everything.. Just stay away from this one, I was only one FilipinoCupid for all of 3 hours.. I deleted all my info from FilipinoCupid and deleted FilipinoCupid from my phone..

Lot of the profiles messaging you will start off with hello or hi handsome. Some will ask where you live and if you tell them you’re location they’ll pick a town over and say they’re living there even though their profile location says otherwise. They don’t give any genuine way of communicating off FilipinoCupid . They’ll redirect you to WhatsApp or Telegram or if you give them your number, their contact is an email address.

It doesn’t feel like a safe and genuine experience.

This is one of the worst dating apps out there. You can only talk if you have subscription, which is fine. The problem is that they want $40 per month for a subscription. That is way too high. The result is that 90% of the subscribers are scammers. The site doesn’t try to get rid of the scammers because they are the only ones paying. Also, a little tip for the stupid people out there. If some hot girl is messaging you from Los Angeles, and you are on an Asian dating site, then they are a scammer. I do not recommend this site, unless you like talking to scammers.

I’ve been on a paid subscription using FilipinoCupid for over a year. And i can tell you it was a waste. Apart from them hosting allot of scammers, this company starts message and interest bombing you with fake messages from supposed interested women after your subscription expires. I also thought it was funny how one of their email url links back to their site had a link that said something like trackthem winthemback. That should tell you enough about this Filipino Cupid app. Never had any luck finding anyone to talk to that wasnt a scammer. I did find the Pinalove app was good.

FilipinoCupid is completely infiltrated by Nigerian scammers they have the nerve to use famous social media, influencers, porn, stars and other notable people’s pictures is the profile pictures of the fake accounts. They create with the sole purpose of extracting contact information, driving users to WhatsApp and telegram where they pedal porn or ask for money and just generally scam each day I get 25 messages out of which 24 are completely fake scammers and one overweight and old Filipino grandma who’s looking for penpals this thing is a complete waste of money time and needs to be investigated for fraud

Figured I’d try this out. What a waste of time and (thankfully only 1 month) of money! I know what they’re going to say, report any scammers….Yeah right! I already spent enough time sifting through all of the scammers, if I started reporting them I’d spend my whole life doing it.

Every. Single. Profile. A scam!!! DO NOT GET FilipinoCupid unless you want to waste your time and possibly lose some money, and that’s assuming you’re sharp enough to avoid being scammed.

There’s no way to filter out your messages, so you’ll get a hundred messages from around the world seeking to “fall in love with you” (ie - steal your money). No chance of actually meeting someone close by

You’d be better off sending your bank account info to a Nigerian Prince than expect to meet a real person on this joke of an app

2 days on here and all I want is my money back. I think I have as much chance of getting my money back from these scammers as I do from some fake Nigerian prince

It’s a total money grab! If you don’t pay for the premium service, you’re bombarded with likes, matches, and everything else you can think of to entice you to purchase a premium membership, which is incredibly expensive compared to some of the others.

Psychologically, you would think well, if I have to pay for premium in order to see who liked me, and to read messages sent to me, perhaps I’ll just wait till I match with someone and we can communicate…right???

WRONG!!
Even when you do match with someone, unless one of you pays for a premium subscription, you can’t read the sent messages… even though you guys matched! It’s a total rip off. In fact, I don’t even think any of these matches are real. I’m getting messages and matches with incredibly beautiful women, women who I don’t believe or even real. FilipinoCupid is a rip off, and most of the profiles are probably fake.

All fake and scammers looking for your personal information. Like a previous profile said initially there are hundreds of personal messages that say “hello”, “hi handsome”, “I really want to get to know you” all with pictures from very beautiful women from all over the world. Seems to me that all the messages are automatically generated. But each profile has a person behind it. They have a load of pictures and have backstory. It’s quite impressive. When chatting with them on FaceTime it’s a completely different person. One profile had pictures of four different women. another one asked me for money after three days. It also seems like they have AI bots and that they’re looking up things on the Internet as you talk to them. COMPLETELY fake.

I met a girl on here, she was wild and psycho. We moved our chat to watsapp and she sent me a voice message she wanted to kill me and also in txt. I reported this to cupid media and sent picture evidence and they said i should report this to watsapp. Ok thats fine, but our original meet was on filipino cupid and she is still actively logging in potentially threatening others. Few months later she is still active on that site. So if i have her txt my phone directly do you expect me to report her to apple? Or Verizon? Poor judgement by staff and safety is not a concern to these people

Also, i stated i was a crypto millionaire on my profile so i can increase my chances of having more dates, they forced edited that and took the whole description down. But im allowed to post my income as a millionaire but not state that in the description? 😂 these guys are clowns and a joke

My experience with FilipinoCupid has been a nightmare. Started out ok, connected with some nice women. So I went to the Philippines to see if I would like to live there. Right after arrival FilipinoCupid went down for maintenance for two days. After it came back online I couldn’t login and every time I tried to reset password I never received the email link. Contacted customer service and went back and forth many times, they sent email links I never received. They suggested I change from Apple email. Really? That’s the best suggestion? I paid for FilipinoCupid with Apple and used their email for 30 years with no problems. Oh and I still receive their marketing emails to my Apple email. What a waste of money and so frustrating. There are women who think I’m a terrible person for ghosting them. And now they don’t respond and no one answers the phone either…how can they run a company like this?!

I’m a YouTuber who is going to be moving to the Philippines. This site is riddled with scammers and twice I’ve had to reset my app because they’ve sent software that corrupted FilipinoCupid file. I’m still using FilipinoCupid because there’s a lot of girls on it but I always ask the girls to send me a picture with them touching their nose. They can’t do it if they’re a scammer. Remember this site is across the street from Hong Kong don’t ever give them your real phone number or your identity will be stolen. Finding a girl on here is difficult and beware many of them have boyfriends or husbands.

I joined the site and once you join, you will receive endless messages from attractive women. I am male. 95% are fake profiles. They will give you their WhatsApp number but they are scammers. You can reply to those messages because they are paid members. You will also get messages from non paid members but you have to pay to read and reply to the message. Be careful and DON’T fall for the scams.

Profile pictures have American women with locations in the Philippines,UK,and Germany. The profiles aren’t verified and have no information on their profile and its usually one picture plus they message you right way asking if your there and if you find then attractive or if you wanna see more of me and chat on WhatsApp. I was about to be scammed here i met This women on Filipino Cupid and was told to sign up on Truly Filipino since it has video chat so I figured why not since FilipinoCupid doesn’t have video chat so I paid for a 7 day trial. Then after chatting for a bit she wanted me to sign up again for Truly Asians. She had three profiles with all the same pictures but with different names and locations in the Philippines and ages 29,30,32 with birthdays Aries,Pisces,and Scorpio, plus they all weren’t verified!!! I have reported this profile on both sites and was emailed back and was told that there was nothing wrong with the profile. I cancelled my subscription right away. I also set my filter to the age from 23-33 and only the United States and I’m still getting ages 23-40 and i even got a like from someone that is 70years old! The creators of FilipinoCupid need to do their job! DO BETTER!

I love the FilipinoCupid .. They should just make sure that when you leave FilipinoCupid or the page on your phones browser, that it doesn’t automatically refresh.. because you lose whatever profile you might have been looking at.. Also, all messages should remain in your inbox forever. I have had many disappear over time or if there’s a lapse in membership payment. This should not occur. Or let the subscriber choose whether the messages should automatically delete after a certain amount of time. Also, accounts should be verified better.. many times when you give out your number, you start getting spam texts etc..
That’s frustrating. Otherwise a great app!

I’m having much better results on Filipino Cupid than Pina Love. The women here are genuinely more responsive and sincere. I like the layout and search features. The deleted messages don’t disappear and that is a huge plus. Strangely, I am getting women from other countries contact me here in the Philippines

To be honest when I found out I have to pay to use the text feature send or receive I was disappointed. I think Im going to uninstall FilipinoCupid til you guys make some changes please follow my advice.

So I’m FilipinoCupid is definitely the way way to get scammed. So many fake accounts it’s insane and they won’t let you put a one star.
