I tried working for VEHO. I told them I want less packages. I would be able to find them if I had less packages. I also did not get paid today and they have no phone number that I can see. THis app sucks. VEHO is terrible.

We order items from Nespresso and we live in an apartment complex that has a package room. Your drivers are leaving our packages on top of the mailboxes this is not acceptable. We already had one box stolen. They need to register with the apartment complex and deliver them to the package room.

Good day, Route 236 Woodstock was delivered by 5pm 3/21/2022. App issues all pictures taken got lost. I would like to have tech support contact me or close out and settle payment if that is what is to be. I have no roll over for Amny delivery for today. Hello, VEHO, A very bad experience, as well as other drivers who tell me the same thing, it is a very poor quality app, both as the app and the technical support, they do not have the slightest knowledge of the work, they have bad form, They are not at all qualified to work as technical support of an app as broad as they say they are, and about the app, it does not work at all well, which is also the fault of the technicians, I EXPLAIN, the app in the addresses have numbers of houses and of apartments, which when you are going to complete the delivery you get an error that you are not in the right place even though you are at the place of delivery, where the support attention is good, and they tell you that I continued that they are going to contact the client, In the end it is right there where you were at the delivery address but the support forces you to continue delivering and then return to the same address, I don't know how those technicians do it but you call a client and get another one, when you check, it is too lost of time and especially gasoline, po r the reason for the poor quality app and much more the support that does not know about its work, IN FINAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NNGUN CHOFER, if you really want to waste your time, here is the best way

Don’t Bother With This App

I’ve had several issues with this app. Anything from trying to find out where the closest warehouse to me would be, to scheduling. I keep getting spammed by Veho’s chat bots as well, as they keep sending me text messages and emails about my car insurance, updating my insurance (which I already did) and routes. I have received several messages from Veho telling me that routes are available but every time I sign in to the app to see what those routes are, nothing shows up. Literally, nothing. I messaged Veho about this, but they have not responded. I sent a text message telling them to stop messaging me as well since all they are doing is spamming and wasting my time, and still no response. Overall, I think Veho is not a real company and they are stealing contractors information so they can sell that information to other companies. I don’t think this company is legitimate at all, as they can’t even handle logistics properly. Do not use this app. You have been warned.

Violations!!!!! ????

I did all my work, I strive to leave boxes in the best condition, regardless of impediments such as that many areas do not leave instructions to enter, go through gates, many areas with poor internet, addresses that are not included in the areas. and one sudden day they remove me from the system saying that I committed a violation of the contract but they are not clear which one? If you are a veho driver, be clear that even if you do your best and have a rating above 4.9 if they want to, they will withdraw you!

Terrible

This app has several concerns. I could be out delivering and the app will kick me out, cannot use app with Wi-Fi it will interfere with the delivery. I am currently logged out and when I try to reset the system is telling me my email address is not a user. I understand this is a new small tech company, but they really need to get a handle on this app delivery because as a driver this is frustrating ugh 😣
