It keeps saying I don’t need to create a new lunchbox account when I’m just trying to log in, and I can’t order without logging in. Can there be a guest checkout so I can just order without all the hassle?

ThaiChili2go will not send my order to any location. It’s absolutely frustrating. I’ve tried re-downloading ThaiChili2go and still happens. You’re loosing business from me because this is how I order food 🤷‍♂️

They made you download a new app promising your points would transfer over and you’d get a free dumplings voucher. Neither happened and I can’t order off the old app. To make matters worse none of my purchases on the new app are turning into points.

The old app had apple pay and worked flawlessly. This new app doesn't have apple pay. It makes you jump thru hoops to login. Once i put all my info and order in it says theres an error. HUGE FAIL! You've lost a customer.

Used to love ThaiChili2go for Thai Chili but it seems they are utilizing a new company called “Thanx” to power their app and it just does not work at all. Can’t order when hitting the order now button and every time you close and reopen ThaiChili2go and error message appears. Thanx for nothing

ThaiChili2go never registers my purchases… it used to say it would give me $10 for every $100 or so in purchases and the new system will give you $3 off after $500 in purchases… because it doesn’t work right it isn’t even worth the hassle!

Love the food but ThaiChili2go leaves much to desire…

By the time you put in different things, the cost is going up in hopes that you just hit place order so if you double don’t double check your order before you press order you might get charge for things that you don’t want. Yeah but I’m giving them a horrible review.

There is no option to sign into an existing account. It will only let you sign up for a new account. And if you already have an account associated with your number, it just says “whoops no need to sign up for a new account” but doesn’t let you sign in??

I have used ThaiChili2go several times and have earned rewards I just tried to use ThaiChili2go again and it told me I needed to update ThaiChili2go which I had previously done I contacted Apple support because my rewards disappeared and never heard back from them now I’m trying to use ThaiChili2go again and it showed my rewards but would not let me order because it said I needed to update ThaiChili2go so I update ThaiChili2go and my rewards disappeared

I’d like to understand how an app providing us a discount based on “ThaiChilliPoints” isn’t validating our basket? We purchased 2 drinks along with two palms and the promo for the free drinks on our rewards aren’t validated. But as soon as we remove them why are they checking out?

Open up phone verification to more carriers. I shouldn't need to provide my phone number for rewards. I do not trust any food apps with my real info

I selected previous order but then could not edit it so I had to start over

New app is so much easier to use then the old one! As well, the rewards turned into dollars & it helps out so much to have credit!

I’ve used ThaiChili2go multiple times and think the new update is phenomenal! They make things easy to navigate, great rewards transfer and convenience!
