Rewards disappeared

I have used the app several times and have earned rewards I just tried to use the app again and it told me I needed to update the app which I had previously done I contacted Apple support because my rewards disappeared and never heard back from them now I’m trying to use the app again and it showed my rewards but would not let me order because it said I needed to update the app so I update the app and my rewards disappeared

The app never registers my purchases… it used to say it would give me $10 for every $100 or so in purchases and the new system will give you $3 off after $500 in purchases… because it doesn’t work right it isn’t even worth the hassle!
Love the food but the app leaves much to desire…

By the time you put in different things, the cost is going up in hopes that you just hit place order so if you double don’t double check your order before you press order you might get charge for things that you don’t want. Yeah but I’m giving them a horrible review.
