They have no phone number to call, no real time at and just a ticketing system. They do have a text number but they don’t seem to respond to it. Our food never arrived in the 2 hour delivery window and when we asked for a refund they just said “sorry, you’ll get it an hour late heres $5”. Ticket #388469. Don’t trust these people with your credit card info. If anything goes wrong you’ll have to deal with starting a chargeback.
Tried multiple times to uninstall/reload but to no avail. Shef starts and stays on the activity tracking landing page and doesn’t move from that point. Please fix asap or have it removed from Shef Store.
Right now it is giving error of could not connect to server, whereas the domain is accessible from web browser.

Everything I ordered so far was tasty , cooked and presented well too except for the portions they offer . I wish it was at least enough for two not for one and half people compared to the price paid .

Absolutely LOVE using this app. I order every week and really like supporting local “shefs” as they call them. These are the types of meals you won’t find in restaurants. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a this app customer for a while and am so happy there is an app. It runs super smoothly and is very intuitive - and best of all, makes it even easier to order from such AMAZING cooks in my city! I’ve learned so much about different regional cuisines through this app and couldn’t recommend it enough.
Shef is very versatile to use. It takes a small learning curve to remember how to navigate between the this app dashboard and the consumer dashboard to use it to its highest potential. Nevertheless great job on the all the features perfectly designed in Shef . Five stars to the this app support team that assists with Shef .
Great unless you get an inedible meal. They won't offer refunds regardless of how bad the food is. It was a chicken curry that just had chicken bones, no meat. That policy makes no sense to me and I won't be ordering with shef again. What a terrible customer service policy.
