If you want to find out which app has the worst customer experience and support, KraveMart will win. Order was delayed more than two hours, tried contacting support many times. Atlast contact to support was established but the response of support was really poor. Rider came after 2.5 hours of delay and came with the wrong order. Asked for refund, after lot of resistance from support they agreed to refund but havent received that either

Even if you are taking 30 mins atleast improve the customer service and ask them to give realistic answers
Pathetic services took my money and didn’t even receive my order never ordering from here again!!
I wanted to use credit card discount. Also used the option to avail credit card discount but KraveMart automatically accepted order on COD

extremely late deliveries
- Need to expand on the range of items available to offer competitive range of products to the customer.
- 10 minutes is not a realistic time limit. It takes that much time to round up the items ordered. With Karachi traffic it is next to impossible to reach the customer within 10 minutes. 30 minutes is still realistic.
- Once you go to the cart, coming back to order more items is difficult to manoeuvre.
🔆 Can definitely become a household name if launched properly to widen reach. Best of luck this app!
