How to fix VIRTU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VIRTU app on iPhone
Update VIRTU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VIRTU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VIRTU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VIRTU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix VIRTU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VIRTU app issues:

Force Stop the VIRTU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VIRTU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VIRTU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VIRTU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VIRTU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VIRTU.

Fix VIRTU unable to contact server/ VIRTU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VIRTU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VIRTU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VIRTU on android.
