I can’t sign in, the email code isn’t working not even signing with apple or googles doesn’t work it says that something went wrong while logging me in and that I should try logging in with another method but I’ve already tried everything

How to fix Hyper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hyper app on iPhone
Update Hyper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hyper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hyper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hyper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hyper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hyper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hyper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hyper » click [Force Stop]

Update Hyper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hyper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hyper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hyper.

Fix Hyper unable to contact server/ Hyper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hyper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hyper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hyper
