How to fix Oasis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Oasis app on iPhone
Update Oasis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oasis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oasis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oasis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Oasis Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Oasis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Oasis App
1. On android, goto Settings » Oasis » click [Force Stop]

Update Oasis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oasis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Oasis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Oasis.

Fix Oasis unable to contact server/ Oasis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Oasis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Oasis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Oasis
