I paid the novel, when trying to open it.. the application shown blank. Can I get the refund

I have not been able to get/read stories for about 2 weeks. I am getting notifications however, when I try to open, it is blank. I paid to read the stories, now it is blank. Can I get a refund if it is not working?

Force Stop the Oasis App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Oasis app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Oasis app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Oasis.
