BernafonApp I’ve had since I got my Bernafon Hearing Aids had a message that I needed to switch to the new app. Tried, now it says my Hearing Aids need to be updated. Costco Doesn’t carry them anymore and they said they can’t.
Is this being done to force the sale of new Hearing Aids? This is not a good practice.
Why do I need to DELETE this new version 3-5 times every week?
It just is MOT RELIABLE.
I was able to pair my Bernaphon hearing “instruments” with BernafonApp easily. I can see no improvement in form or utility. In fact, it seems a bit dumber since it defaults to control both L&R at once v/ individually and there is less of an explainer page. So why a new app instead of an update? No explainer on that either
After latest update Zerena 9 aids won’t pair.
After contacting Bernafon about the issue they promptly addressed it with a patch and new update. All is working well now.
