Rider doesn't pickup for prepaid food for a houe. Customer service doesn't pick up call.

Takes way to much time to deliver. Not at all convenient.
There’s no option to complain.

It was my first time trying out this app and at the very first time i received the worst service possible

First the delivery man gave me the wrong parcel

And then later on after receiving the actual parcel the order was totally wrong

I ordered pasta basta
And i received white chicken pasta:)

Service is good but the mobile app for this app is awful. It often crashes and gets stuck in loading screen. One time, it charged me through online payment but couldn't place the order. I wouldn't recommend the mobile app!!

No way to track rider. Estimated time doesn’t change even it exceeds.

This company is full of scammers. If you order a food & paid that then your order will be 100% delayed. Now if you want to complain they will never help you.

They will charge a lot of money but their customer service is terrible.

Businesses means serving value, if you can’t take business seriously please stop being papa’s fancy kid to flex being an entrepreneur- this message should be forwarded to the founders of this app.
@ support team please tag the founders to look after product development.

Theres little to none customer support. You can almost never contact anyone for any support or update. No explanation for the usual delay.

The overall concept was a 10/10.But Munchies is quite laggy and often has some technical problems.

App is too laggy not smoothly at all and food is bit overpriced
Most importantly customer care service is not good must improve this. Wish this aap a great success 👍🏻

Wish they could charge less.

I ordered for the first time. Process is easy. The developer should add live chat interaction with rider. It will be more convenient as I can connect direct with rider.

I like how they’ve constantly improved Munchies , by slowly adding more and more features. I am writing this review for no other reason but because I use their service quite often. I understand that the prices may sometimes seem higher, but I guess that’s the price you pay for the service of getting things in the middle of the night. I also appreciate the fact that every single issue I have come across has been dealt with appropriately by the customer support team. Sometimes it is not easy to reach out and get an immediate response, but they have so far always reached out eventually. This is something that I’m sure will become smoother as the company grows, which I look forward to.
