Service is good but the mobile app for Munchies is awful. It often crashes and gets stuck in loading screen. One time, it charged me through online payment but couldn't place the order. I wouldn't recommend the mobile app!!

This company is full of scammers. If you order a food & paid that then your order will be 100% delayed. Now if you want to complain they will never help you.
They will charge a lot of money but their customer service is terrible.
