Close and restart the FUNU app on iPhone
Update FUNU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FUNU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve FUNU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix FUNU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FUNU app issues:

Force Stop the FUNU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FUNU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FUNU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FUNU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FUNU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FUNU.

Fix FUNU unable to contact server/ FUNU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FUNU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FUNU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FUNU on android.
