hi. when I open play dairy on my MacBook, it open Vertically instead of open it horizontally like a normal app. I know its kinda weird. it all happened after a updated my device. don't know if it had anything with it

when i click on the app, on my Macbook, it just loads, and loads. its not my internet, my internet is working just fine i gave it a few minutes but it just kept on loading.

I downloaded the app on my iPhone 12 but none of the titles have the play option. It works for my kids and students but not for me.

so i used to have iphone 7+ and when i downloaded play diary it let me watch movies and shows, but now i have iphone 13 pro and i downloaded the app but it doesnt let me watch movies, eveyr time i click on a movie or show, i cant see the play button, i tried reinstalling it numerous times but it the play button doesnt seem to appear, any idea of whats happening?

when i click on play it just louding so long i literally wait 1 hour and it is not working. the problem is not my wifi.
