5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I uninstalled your updf app. Said just to drag it to trash and empty. I did and still have files remaining in system libraries that I cannot delete. How do i remove these files? I believe the names all begin with MUPDF and they are buried many folders deep in the System folder. That is one place where it tells me I do not have permission to delete files. Please give me a simple app to remove all the things yu have installed when I attempted to use your program. Thank you. Dennis
There is no way to get customer support. I got a "mailer-daemon" report when I emailed their website customer support. And I got no reply to a request for support directly on the site. I paid for the pro version yet cannot upgrade my limited version.

After watching a recent ltt video I noticed this app and was excited to finally find a good multi platform pdf editor with a perpetual license. I had been looking for one for a very long time and with classes coming up I thought this would finally be the solution I was looking for. Don’t get me wrong this app looks great but the fact that they lack native OneDrive sync absolutely kills it for me. I would love to know if you guys are working on that because the second this (what seems to be a basic feature required by many) gets implemented I will change my review and fork over the $50.
$50 to get the editing that is already in iOS!

So I just bought this program available on all platforms. So far the iPad version is nothing more than a file manager that Apple's Files app already does, and a PDF editor that Files also already does. Unless I am missing something, THIS IS A RIPOFF.
OK, the MacOS version does have more features. I used it to compress a PDF of a scanned multi-page document from 18MB to 1.2MB. If they add functionality like that to the iOS version great, but there is currently NOTHING in the iOS version that can’t be done with a PDF via Apple's Files program.
No FAQ or User Guidance

I just downloaded this app to switch out a logo on a document. The document is stored on my phone. There are no FAQs or instructions for this app. I see no way to open my document in its current location on my phone or to move it into the app itself.
Perhaps the app has great features. I’ll never know since I can’t figure out how to open the document. Perhaps I’m clueless! But even clueless people need to edit pdfs. I’m deleting the app now.
