I have used this app in the past and I was extremely impressed with Uplift in the beginning. Then my purchase power went up and I was able to make purchases on my budget. One day I logged in and everything disappeared! I still have a small balance to pay off (less than $30) but no one at the company has given me a real answer. Customer service says they are not sure what is going on with Uplift . The email support advised me to go use other apps platforms because they are unable to define a specific time frame for operations. I was also told by their customer service representative that they were “surprised that I had a loan because everyone else is using the travel app”! I’m so disappointed in Uplift because I thought they were going to be honest but I’m going to pay them that little bit and delete Uplift . It’s been going on for over a year now and nothing has changed. I was paying the balance slowly hoping it would be up and running by now but I was wrong. Please this app don’t respond to my review with that bot reply because emailing support team is a waste of time.

This this app is obviously a joke because it doesn’t even work, neither on Uplift or by logging on thru a broswer. They customer service is not very helpful and it seems to be malfunctioning just the same as there website. I use affirm, Afterpay, klarna And zip and I have never had a problem with any of those. To be honest those are the only real 4 that actually work. And work correctly. It’s because they are the only ones that have the funds and banking power to actually provide real services.

I was able to make one purchase and now I keep getting redirected to check my purchasing power when I open Uplift . Always says an error when I submit the info, and same happened with my husband when trying to sign up- says there's an error with the info even when it's all correct.

I’m planning my honeymoon and it’s says $232 a month for my trip. I go to enter my info to see if that’s actually the amount I’d pay and it says “not available for West Virginia Residents.” Why say $232 a month if you don’t offer it in every state. It should say “not available in certain states” so people don’t waste their time filling out the information just for them to be denied.

I got approved with this app for a purchase . I even already made the virtual card . But Uplift kept freezing so i close Uplift and opened it back up when i went back to the purchase area and click for the virtual card the card disappeared and thinking it like other apps i went to virtual card area to see if i can see the card info but it wouldn’t show up . I then cancel the card because it said that once it cancel that i will see my power purchase go back instantly. I waited an 1 hour and nothing . Not only isthe purchase power did not Reverse but Uplift also keeps freezing and getting error . I logged in logged out . I even deleted Uplift and still Uplift is not
Longing . This is simply the worst app i y see. I never had such issue’s with any app before and it frustrating anf confusing since i was literally so close to checking out before it failed.

Over and over again I put my information in to check my purchase power to even get started and every time so far it tells me to check my info and try again… I’ve triple checked my information, deleted Uplift and reinstalled multiple times.. at what point does Uplift actually start working for the very thing it was intended on?

Can’t finish setting up my account because your system cannot verify my application information, so therefore you cannot offer me a plan at this time. So when will you be able to verify my info in neverary…. How is this a legitimate site if you can never verify information. I have used other 4 pays , was going to use this one to book a future cruise but thats out of the question now.

Just got Uplift and sign sign up. Went to check my purchase power and for some reason it gave me no purchase power, even though with Klarna and Affirm I have thousands available for purchasing. Then it tells me that I can purchase with my debit or credit card through Uplift . I wouldn’t have wanted to try Uplift if that was my goal. Instantly deleted Uplift , don’t recommend Uplift at all.

With all the hardships happening these days I found Uplift to buy some groceries through Walmart. I was approved for 0 $ down with Uplift, I checked out everything was sailing smoothly. I paid with the virtual card and got my order confirmation email, minutes later after anticipating my much needed groceries my order is cancelled because the this app virtual card was flagged by the fraud department and caused me to get banned. Don’t waste your time w Uplift 👎🏼

I’m trying to determine a spending limit, I keep getting an error message saying to check my info. All of my info is correct. Obviously something is wrong with Uplift. Developer responds and tells you to contact them via email to fix the problem but no one ever responds to your email. It’s a COMPLETE waste. Honestly deserves zero out of five stars. The users giving it 5 stars and excellent reviews must be getting paid to do that. I’ve even sent Uplift to other people and no one can get it to work.

For months been trying to use Uplift and keep getting can’t verify application information. Now when I log in. Getting a message stating my this app has been disabled. Seems Uplift is glitching for many individuals. Not good business when on the horizon, Apple Pay Later is about to debut and don’t forget about Walmart offering their own service. Two titans to add to the field with very deep pockets. My iPhone is my wallet and Apple surely knows it. It may be a little too late, if this app fixes the glitches because I for one will gladly give all my business to Apple.

Often get denied for purchase power because “ unable to verify information”. Have tried multiple tomes to contact customer support to resolve issue and never a return call . Have had 2 successful approvals and reported to my credit as paid. Sad because Uplift woukd be getting so much more of my business if they fixed this glitch.

Like most others it seems as though Uplift just stopped working. I had no issues making virtual cards for a little while now it no longer works and the reason is “application information couldn’t be verified”. Hopefully this is fixed in a future update.

I’m sure like me you saw this split payment app and wanted to see what they offered, well skip Uplift unless you are planning a vacation it’s useless! You cannot make an account or use it for anything else like is advertised unless you first book a something with their “travel partners” So basically to use Uplift like it advertises you have to first buy a cruise or plane ticket…

I have been using this app for over 2 years now, had no issues ever and loved it. Last week, I noticed the “shop” icon was no longer on Uplift to make purchases. I messaged support, where I was told it was disabled. Followed up a few days later, and heard back today that they are “discontinuing the mobile app”. For as much as I loved this service and app, to do this with no heads up or notice whatsoever is very disappointing and poor customer service. I will be using other pay later services moving forward.

At first I was very skeptical about this offer when I was purchasing an airline ticket. I try it and I love it. No hassle, payments made easy through Uplift .

Today is July 5, 2024 I search three tickets from Minneapolis to Portland, Oregon for August 22. It came to $500 and this app paid for all upfront. I paid nothing the day that I signed up to get the 3 tickets. My first payment is not until August. $106 month This was awesome and Sun Country did send me a confirmation that my tickets were paid for and ready to be used.

I love this new payment, I don’t have to pay anything upfront. You have to earn there trust in order to get this status. I always make my payments on time. So this is a good new of purchasing merchandise

I love using this app we have been using it for 3 years now we would never have been able to go on vacation if it wasn’t for this app

I use Uplift to pay for a lot of stuff and it’s so easy and not complicated and other than that you can use it to pay your vacation like cruises in hotels not right away or put it on a credit card. It just will be paid for and all you have to pay is the incidental fee and its way worth it.

My youngest daughter and I decided to surprise my oldest daughter and her kids for Christmas. She was not ready for guests when we showed up and had made other plans. I was not financially ready to pay for a hotel for two nights. this app created us a card to book a room on very affordable payments. So thankful for it!

Uplift allows me to buy things I need and pay once a month. I prefer this over the two weeks apps. I give Uplift 110% rating.

Omg in times where I need the old days layaway along have an app like this! If you’re like me and you read these before you decide you have to have Uplift! I promise

They came through several times when I needed the money fronted for me.

this app has a wide variety of merchants that I love shopping at! Being able to spread the cost of my purchases at them across 3 months at 0% interest is a lifesaver during the holidays.

I’ve used it for 3 different orders in less then a week. I never have to put anything down. App usually updates every 12 hours but sometimes 24. I hope Uplift stays this easy to use. Cause I love it.

Uplift is super easy to navigate and use. There’s no down payment required and I can pay purchases off over time without interest! They have tons of high end merchants and everything in between. Can’t wait to keep using this app!

I have enjoyed using this app for my purchases. It has allowed me to do so without stress. For someone to be able to purchase or use for travel needs like a cruise or flights. This is a great financial opportunity to get the things you want to do without stressing. I just love it

I love this method of payment! I have very expensive taste, and part of that includes travelling in style, which my pocket book doesn’t always support. this app makes it possible for me to lead the life of luxury I deserve, and I never feel the loss of money, as a result. They are fair, offer reasonable loans, and I’d say, even generous!

I used Uplift for years and was able to purchase from retail stores and now it looks like it’s only for travel. Did it change?
