App fails to install

Good idea from msi when I heard about it I got exited to buy more msi products but MyMSImembership is so bad , crashing all the time and I can’t even add a product.
Please msi fix MyMSImembership !!

MyMSImembership used to be good, but after I accumulated a certain amount of points referring my friends to join and logging in every day I noticed the endless Server Error messages popping up. Eventually this is designed to keep you from earning daily points and the bonus 5 points on the 7th day or being able to keep up a streak for seven days in a row. Same for “liking” an article so that you can earn five points for three articles each a month. The actual rewards themselves have also disappeared and you have to use the actual website to circumvent these issues which largely dismissed using MyMSImembership most days. It’s a shame as there was just an update and it fixed none of these issues. Eventually the points will also look like they’ve disappeared entirely and that could last a week or so before they return.

App is Allright… would rather use their internet page which is faster and easier to use…

There are nice rewards but nearly impossible to accumulate points except large purchases.

Great idea but they don't seem to put much focus on MyMSImembership. I have yet been able to log into MyMSImembership.

MyMSImembership premise is cool. Any company that provides a way to give back (especially when the products are expensive) to the customers gets a high-five from me. Even though the point system is slightly lacking in terms of variety/versatility in how you can earn them, it’s better than having nothing.

However, a few issues. MyMSImembership is relatively slow/choppy. I’m using it on an iPhone XS Max so it shouldn’t be a compatibility or hardware issue. But switching between tabs in-app usually takes a bit to load when it seems like a basic RSS feed or local data.
There is also the issue that the option to earn points for writing a review also doesn’t do anything. When I press “submit product review”, it just takes me to the “my products” page. When I press my products it just takes me to the product overview page without any option to leave a review.
And the final issue (for now) is that to “complete your profile” it requires linking a social media account. I don’t use ANY social media. I don’t even use my apple account except for downloading apps and I don’t want to be bothered to access it just to link it with an account I only have to get rewards and register my products. Please provide an option for “no social media” so I can officially complete my profile.

If you guys wanna send me some free stickers or merch or something for leaving a thorough review, that would be pretty cool!

MyMSImembership contain a lot of features that are amazing to use and give a lot of rewards and gifts!

I really like your motherboard at the current moment I only have a MSI b450 in my pc but in my future I will se a lot more MSI in it running excellent.

Honestly this is the best way to get steam chas in my opinion. The only complaint I have is that the speed is pretty slow, but other than that it’s a really good app.😀

The interface is very clean. There’s a few futures I like about MyMSImembership . I can keep track of my equipment and the warranties all in one place. I like that it is very specific to MSI and no other third party advertising. It looks like it’s a good way of finding out about the latest products they have to offer. I like simple apps that don’t clutter and are easy to navigate.
