Terrible! Absolutely terrible. They took over 3 weeks to ship my things, and on top of that they didn’t include two of the items in my order. They even issued me a refund for one of the missing item. But not the other. When I ask them for my refund for the other item, they practically coerced me into taking the product instead of refund me. EVEN TOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT FOR NOT INCLUDING THAT ITEM IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHER ITEMS. Absolutely worst! Not shopping with them ever again.

I’ve received 22 emails in less than 24 hours. Absolute harassment of communication. I will be reporting this to Apple. They are still continuing as I write this. Looks like a great market and I’m excited about the products, but with such an aggressive approach I’m lead to believe BokksuMarket is fraudulent and might steal my information if I buy something! Be careful!

I have a Bokksu subscription so I have tasted all their fun and delicious treats and snacks before. However seeing the variety of ramen and different flavors, I had to try some!

My favorite is the curry udon and the Soon Veggie! The curry has such an elevated and warm taste that tastes homemade and the Soon Veggie Noodle cup is my favorite cup of noodles to have on a cold day. Both are convenient to have and so easy to add other ingredients in!

So happy with my order and cannot wait to order more!

So glad BokksuMarket exists. There’s so much variety and access to my staple Asian products I use for cooking. Shipping is super fast so I never feel the need to take a hike to my closest Asian grocery store which has been such a time saver!!

As Japanese person live in US, I am so happy to find Bokksu Grocery. It is easy to order from app. They pack nicely, ship very fast, excellent selection of Asian groceries as well as cosmetic and kitchen goods. Price is also great, compare to my local Japanese grocery in manhattan, NYC.

Buying online is essential for me, as I have quite bad social anxiety. This shop makes it easy to get everything I need. It has plenty of options to choose from, so I always get to try new things every time I buy! The shipping is fast, and the packaging is always outstanding. I’ve already recommended Bokksu Market to three people I know. As long as they’re in business, I’ll always be a loyal customer.

I am super fan of Asian cuisine and cooking at home; however, living out in the woods it’s hard to find the ingredients I need to achieve the recipes I love! Then, I found Bokksu Grocery and my new favorite grocery store obsession began! Plus, now with their app, getting the things I need is just a few taps away! Love it!

Ever since I’ve been deployed to several Asian countries, I have fallen in love with the Asian food whether it be Japanese or Korean I’ve craved the authentic food they carry which is hard to come by in America. I’ve found this grocery and have tried their meats and groceries. I haven’t come across anything I didn’t enjoy! Will forever have a customer in me.

BokksuMarket is easy-to-use and the entire purchase flow is quite intuitive. I only started ordering groceries online since pandemic hit. I’ve tried many different delivery services and I would say Bokksu Grocery is probably one of the best when it comes to Asian grocery. Highly recommended.

I literally was looking for a specific item that no other app carried or website couldn’t ship to my location because it was only sold in certain areas but this place SELLS IT OMG thank god I found BokksuMarket I love it so much and they have so many cute sweets like chocolate infused strawberries!!! Like who even knew that was a thing !!!! I 100% Recommend BokksuMarket to anyone considering it.
