How to fix Oops app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Oops app on iPhone
Update Oops app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oops iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oops on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oops network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Oops Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Oops not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Oops App
1. On android, goto Settings » Oops » click [Force Stop]

Update Oops to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oops App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Oops » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Oops.

Fix Oops unable to contact server/ Oops internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Oops » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Oops » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
