Unable to withdraw funds

Couldn’t restore with email ( because of suddenly logout itself with my RoninWallet). Now is very headaches ( already try multiple times issues renewing password could not activate)

Hi I wanted to sent 1AXS to ronin wallet , I went to ronin wallet,axs,explorer and copied axs address and entered . But I did not get axs yet and I am sad , What is problem ??? please help ..
