this app is my favorite cup to use for anything. To give as a gift to keeping in my cupboard to use as my cups. I don't really like having regular glasses anymore unless I'm just getting a fast drink lol. I been like to multi-use the MarTini's. They are also great for ice cream. Fit great in little ones hands and the outside doesn't get cold and the ice cream doesn't melt as fast if at all by the time you finish. I have been a true fan since I ordered from Facebook in 2017 and always talk about them. I fully recommend this product.

The item I had purchased got lost within the mailing system. (Absolutely not brumates fault) but before I even realized there was a problem they quickly emailed me, solved the problem and sent another package out for me. It was amazing how quickly and easily they resolved the problem. Absolutely amazing company and even better products!

Over the past couple years, I’ve become a devoted Brü fan. I’ve ordered most of the drink ware styles multiple times, the growler, and the BackTap. Nothing has ever been less than 5 stars for both quality and style. BrüMate works great, and BrüCrew points are legit. Just an all around stellar company with high quality stylish products. Can’t lose.

I’m absolutely in love with BruMate stuff!! My obsession started with the cute seltzer slims, once I started hearing that I have enough of those from my hubby I moved on to the 32oz Teddy’s!!! They are perfect and their spring looks are beyond cute. I’ve bought 3 of them in the last Month!!!

I order a brutank 7 weeks ago, I have yet to receive a shipping date. I’ve waited for this cooler for so long now I’m out of luck to go on my vacation. There is no way to contact rather then email. No chat, no phone number just email. An email address to which they don’t even respond too. A true disaster, stay clear of Brumate, look else where for a cooler. Terrible customer service.

Now that I can use this instead of my browser judging me for going to the site too much, my paycheck will be sad but I will be (de)hydrated!

The ease of having an app now makes my addition that much worse. Super quick and easy, and my points were right there to redeem if I wanted. Great job bru-crew!

I love Brumate and buy from their website ALL the time. Having this in my pocket at all times makes it easy to buy and they send alerts for new products. Rejoice!

I absolutely LOVE all my this app products! The Brutank is fabulous traveling to the beach or boating. The Backtap is great for short trips or picnics. The only problem I have with Brumate deciding the color and product! 😊

It simply won’t leak! If u drop it u can get dings but it adds to the character of the product. I’m still looking 4 the straw that fits the 22oz tumbler. It’s taking a long time to stock. The chat option was difficult to navigate through. Had a general question to ask and had to type in my email address etc and am still waiting for a reply. It would be nice if we could get a somewhat instant response so that we can move on with the ordering process. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. I love my Bru’s though.

BrüMate is easy to use and view all the products.
I’m giving a 3⭐️ rating because my rewards points aren’t working. I’ve liked and followed all socials & shared on Facebook. My birthday was in June and I didn’t get those reward points either. I’ve done all of this a few times each, and still only have the 100 points for joining.

A friend of mine got me absolutely HOOKED on this app and I am so glad she did!! My bank account might feel different, but that’s ok!

Tried to personalize an item and the icon wasn’t there but if I go though google site I could personally without a problem. I had to split my order!!! Waste of time! Your App should handle this feature.

Can’t beat Brumate’s quality. Made very durable. My kids are always dropping mine. A few scratches but still hold up great with no leaks.

I bought a cup from this company as a gift to my fiancé and went ahead and ordered the mystery box for her as a surprise. I was the one surprised because they only shipped the cup without the mystery box. I have reached out, but I assume the company is understaffed and has a “high volume of inquiries,” so that should tell you how many people have had issues with their orders. The cup is nice, and she loves it, but so far, I'm not impressed with their nonexciting customer service. They do have an excellent automated system that'll give you the runaround.

Want stainless steel simplicity that truly DOES NOT LEAK?! These are the shaker bottles to get! The shaker lid is incredibly easy to clean (top shelf dishwasher only and no sneaky nooks and crannies), and the bottle is also dishwasher safe! The threads lock the lid on with a satisfying twist, and the contents stay super cold. I also purchased the locking lid for hot beverages, so I’m set for all seasons of drinks! They are great gifts, a wide variety of colors, what more can you ask for? Also a variety of styles and sizes, even ones for alcoholic beverages. What can I say, I LOVE THESE BOTTLES!!

I have family that love their BruMate items and am so excited to finally have a few of my own! I let my kids look at the website and pick out what they wanted for Christmas and am so excited for them to also join the BruMate family!

I bought my first this app in March of 2022 after using them at a friends home while on vacation. Previously I had been having the worst time with most other brands. It was so bad that my son would have to go in the backyard and collect the ones I chucked out because they would leak. My Toddy this app has never leaked ! I love it. Just bought one for my mum for Christmas.

Disappointed when I reached out to customer service. The email back was pretty generic and didn’t help me with my issue with my cup. I had to throw the cup away unfortunately.

The search functionality isn’t very good yet. Can’t sort by trios, duos, imperial pints, etc.
The biggest issue is that you can’t add Route shipping to the order, so who knows what will happen when “the shipper misplaces the order”.

I absolutely love my brumates! I love that the lids lock and make it spill proof! I have the era, toddy and Nav ones and all of these amaze me everyday! They keep my drink hot/cold so long! I love the can coolers as well! And all of the different styles are amazing! Make great gifts as well! Highly recommend!

My husband and I just love all the different choices that this app offers. At first he would look at my orders like, "more cups", but now I'm not hearing that. He loves the different ones I've gotten and the recent Muvs we got! There is a style to make everyone in the family happy!

Toddy is my fav because i can lock the lid and walk carrying my kids or leave sitting and not worry about my kids spilling hot coffee on them. Also my husband is in a wheelchair and it makes it easy for him to get his coffee places without spilling ! Also addicted to the ERA again no spilling of whatever beverage you want to put in it!! She is perfect! So dreamy! I love nothing more than having a huge iced coffee last me from dawn till dusk and she dose the trick. Now if I could only magically get my hands on a 30oz Purple Checkered, then my little neurodivergent drink gremlin’s heart would be ever so happy!🥰✨

I consider myself to be a “cup girlie”, I have tried every brand that you can think of, including the very popular 40oz tumbler that came out a few years back, that everyone was very into. Then I started getting into the leak poof tumbler game. this app is hands down, the BEST that I have used, and the one I prefer the most. Their sleek design, beautiful colors, and all around innovative design, leaves me coming back time and time again. I’m a returning customer for sure!

I never heard of Brumate until recently. Where have I been? Everyone talks about Stanley but I never got on the bandwagon and I’m so glad because Brumate is far superior. I’m a little ga-ga now and want everything. I need to pace myself. I looked at Brumate on instagram and loved the celestial line. Hopefully I will be able to add to my growing collection with past and future releases. Thanks for a great product!

I love these cups they have always been an amazing product that works well and holds up to the wear and tear I put on them. I have dropped so many of my cups on accident and even have a dent in my dark green coffee cup but it still works and no leaks!! Love them and love the colors!!! Can’t wait to get my kiwi and papaya cups for summer!!! 🥝🧡

100% the best quality out here and I have every cup you can think of. I always come back to the Brumate. I actually have gotten a lot of people I work with to switch from Stanley , Yeti etc to Brumate I stay in debt with you guys Love the quality and the time you take to think of everyone’s needs I just wish the new colors didn’t sell out so fast Thank you Robin Stallings PS. I absolutely love these 40 ounce tumblers as well as the 22 ounce coffee mug or Tumblr. I’m not sure what it’s called!! I have many of the colors already. I would like to suggest some more summer colors as well as fall like red. Our school colors are red, black and white and you don’t have any red and many Moms would love to have a red one. They are lightweight easy to play proof and keep my eyes all well being outside in my truck while I work in this Texas heat!!! Wouldn’t recommend any other brand than this app!!!

I love the fact that Brus are spill free. I have a 1 year who often trips over my tumbler in the past…but Brus didn’t disappoint me. My drinks are always secure inside and spare me a lot of cleaning up time.
P.s All the collections , limited editions and regular colors are just gorgeous.
