How to fix BrüMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BrüMate app on iPhone
Update BrüMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BrüMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BrüMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BrüMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix BrüMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BrüMate app issues:

Force Stop the BrüMate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BrüMate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BrüMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BrüMate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BrüMate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BrüMate.

Fix BrüMate unable to contact server/ BrüMate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BrüMate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BrüMate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BrüMate on android.
