I had this app for more then a year as I was building credit. They charged me the new annual fee plus I would have had to pay a $9 monthly fee on top of that so asked for a credit limit increase. I was denied and the letter stated because of my credit. When I read the details of the letter it had the information from my credit report when I first opened the card. I called them and asked them why they declined my increase based on my credit from more than a year ago and they said that’s what the credit bureau told them. I told the agent that’s incorrect because there is a 200 point difference between what this app says is my credit score versus what all 3 bureaus say as I have been monitoring my credit daily. In the end I asked them to close the account because I refuse to pay a $49 annual fee plus an $8 monthly fee for a card that I can’t get an increase on after being a loyal customer for over a year, paying my statement balance off in full every month and never having a late payment. A $300 limit isn’t going to do anything positive for me.

I got approved 3 months ago and never received card. Every month I get a bill and I call saying I never received card and they wave fee and promise my card will arrive…. This time around I call saying I still have not received card but I received a bill…. They told me there’s nothing they can do and that I have to pay the $85 in interest and management fees. For a card I’ve never received? Interest on what if I haven’t spent anything on this card? They refused to void it and I still have not received a card 2 weeks later and they reported a late payment on my credit

I knew I would have to pay the fees but you literally can’t even use it, even after you pay your balance after the annual fee. It does not work anywhere. I’ve tried a bunch of different places it never worked once. I waited 2 months to get the card, and durning that my balance was ran up from the 75 annual fee I couldn’t even pay because I didn’t have access to the card.

Biggest scammers out there. Pay your program fee, use the card once, pay it off in full with your debit card and they will demand all kinds of bank statements and personal financial information to prove the debit card you used is in your name.

My credit union instructed me not to give this app any kind of financial information. I have repeatedly asked these scammers to close my card - but they haven’t.

I’ve been a customer with this company for over a year and a half my account was fraud numerous times they refused to cover it! I’ve asked them to send me replacement cards due to the fraud. They never sent it on three occasions. It’s been over three months.! After being told my address was updated on two separate occasions it was not, never received the card! I’ve never dealt with a more negligent company! Customer service is equivalent to talking to a wall, even when mistakes were clearly made on their part!!

They charge you $100 to join the program. Then you get your card. Then they charge you the $75 a year charge. That’s whatever. The issue is I’ve had it for three weeks now and not a single purchase has gone through. Apple Store gas stations Walmart target doesn’t matter. NOT A SINGLE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH. I’m going to cancel the card but and will take a hit to my credit score because my available credit went down. Don’t make the same mistake I did and just stay away from this card. It’s kind of a scam honestly.

I feel compelled to share my experience with this credit card, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since receiving the card, I've been unable to activate it due to a series of broken activation flows on their website and app. The customer service team has been of little help, often providing conflicting information and no real solutions.

To make matters worse, on the few occasions when it seemed like the card was activated, it was consistently declined at various merchants, despite having a sufficient credit limit and no outstanding payments. This has been both embarrassing and inconvenient, especially in situations where I depended on this card for transactions.

The lack of reliability and efficiency in both activation and usage of this card is unacceptable. I've lost count of the number of hours spent trying to resolve these issues, only to be met with more frustration. It's incredibly disappointing, especially from a service that is supposed to streamline financial transactions.

My advice to potential customers is to look elsewhere for credit card services. The hassle and unreliability are simply not worth it. I am now in the process of closing my account and finding a provider that can offer a functional and reliable service.

So far I have had a terrible experience, it took over a month for my card to get here, I paid the $95 before I got the card, I finally have the card but I can’t activate it, everytime I try to call to even get help, the call keeps failing. I have walked around my entire yard trying, and it only does it when I call them. I can make any other call just fine. So I can’t even use it.

Got behind on my credit card for a couple months. I was finally able to get current and called several times to make sure that my payment would post by a certain date. They even had me pay with cash at Walgreens to ensure that my payment would be in guaranteed funds (faster posting). I paid almost $500 in cash and they CLOSED my account 2 days later. Apparently they knew this entire time that my account was subject to closing but mislead me into paying it off in cash so that I could not dispute it. Their only answer was that they were gonna submit a complaint because I wasn’t informed but STILL can’t get my money back and it’s Christmas wow

You can never register, it always says “Error: Trying to get property of non-object”. I have another card with this company “Total Visa” and it says you can link accounts. You can’t. When you call “customer service” they tell you the only cards you can link through myccpay dot com is Total, First access and First Digital. Which is clearly a lie because there’s about 10 different cards that they offer. They are no help whatsoever, 90% of them you can’t understand. The card is great, customer service and Revvi are horrendous. PS, you can’t do anything on their website either. It says to download Revvi . So, either stay away from this card and go a different route or just call in your payment every month.

They sure take your money fast but I am extremely impatient with the fact they have my program fee and I YET to be able to access the supposed credit. I’m about to request a refund and cancel this card altogether. Seriously about one day away from it.

Update: I called the number. Besides not getting anywhere with the rep, the number on the back of the card proved to be a fail as well. That number literally tells me about the program fee and when it’s posted it will let me access my account. Well first off I can access the generic account. And there has yet to be an available credit. I WANT A REFUND AND THIS TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT. I WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY. I AM FILING A DISPUTE TODAY WITH MY BANK MANAGER OVER THIS SITUATION.

January 7: still no line of credit. Still no response from the company and calling the number has proven to be useless. I will be contacting my bank and the credit bureau today.

For my credit and understanding I’m working my way to the big cards I’m happy with this card. People complaining should understand for a bad credit card this card is fantastic. Payments post next day, not as many outrageous fees as other bad credit cards, and take a plethora of payment options. I’ll say this I opened an account with this app and CreditOne. this app blows CreditOne out of the water. We will see when it’s time for an increase but so far I’m the happiest with this card. I regret my decision to get the CreditOne card but I don’t regret my decision to get this one. I’ve only had the account 3 months but so far 5 stars
.UPDATE! Had one accidental nsf when it went through my bank almost a year after on time payments and they suspended my account. I have 13$ left to pay out of 300 and can’t wait to pay it now and be done w them. Be very careful!

Basically Revvi seems very generic and stuck in a beta phase. I can’t utilize biometric face recognition upon opening Revvi . I am constantly having to type my user ID and password everytime I open app. When I go to the options to enable the facial recognition the so called circle I have to type on to enable this feature wont do anything. I really hope we can fix this soon cause it feels like a kid app. Thanks.

Constant issues makes Revvi not user friendly. Having to constantly log in instead of using face recognition is ridiculous. Even when I turn on the famous recognition, it seems to log me out anyway. Very frustrating

Every time I try to register it keep saying error this need to be fix it is very annoying and upsetting . now that I have registered it keeps saying I have not , I can’t even log into my information I put in my credit card number all my information to retrieve it keep saying it not registered an no one by this name !

I’m having the same issue as the previous reviewer. Revvi was working fine for months and today I tried to log into my account on Revvi and a page popped up and said I need to update Revvi so I hit the update link and it sent me to Revvi Store but there’s no update for Revvi . What’s going on???

I’m currently working on rebuilding my credit score and this is one of the few cards that would give me a chance. I haven’t had any issues with it being accepted or anything else. Only thing is I wish that it had a chip and tap to pay.

I had identity theft issues for years!! I couldn’t get approved with any loan, credit card or even apartment. My friends told me about this app, they approved me after submitting my documents. I paid the $95 fee and activated my card. After a month the $75 fee was charged and now I don’t have to pay that for a year! No additional fees cause I pay off my balance monthly. It’s a great card to get to get back on track. 10/10

I haven’t had any problems with this card yet. I haven’t had any purchases turned down. But I also have not been late or missed any payments. I thought you would be able to increase your limit after 6 months though as you can with other cards. That is the only problem that I have had so far. Other than that it has given me the ability to purchase orders online between pay days when money was short.

If I would’ve looked at these reviews before applying I would’ve been to afraid to even get the card. I applied and got approved. Yes, all the fees are accurate but I received my card within 7 days. They work with you on the initial fees. The only thing I don’t like is that the card doesn’t have a chip. Do yourself and your credit a favor and apply! You will be grateful.
