you can never get into your account with out a bunch of problems always want to change pass or everyting is wrong and then you do as they say and your stillwrong and then they lock your account

They offered to credit my account in the amount of $ 82.00 if I made a 123.00 payment. I made the payment and still no credit for the 82.00 the promised me.

Not worth the hassle and fees

I had Revvi for more then a year as I was building credit. They charged me the new annual fee plus I would have had to pay a $9 monthly fee on top of that so asked for a credit limit increase. I was denied and the letter stated because of my credit. When I read the details of the letter it had the information from my credit report when I first opened the card. I called them and asked them why they declined my increase based on my credit from more than a year ago and they said that’s what the credit bureau told them. I told the agent that’s incorrect because there is a 200 point difference between what Revvi says is my credit score versus what all 3 bureaus say as I have been monitoring my credit daily. In the end I asked them to close the account because I refuse to pay a $49 annual fee plus an $8 monthly fee for a card that I can’t get an increase on after being a loyal customer for over a year, paying my statement balance off in full every month and never having a late payment. A $300 limit isn’t going to do anything positive for me.

Extremely Frustrated with Constant Declines and Activation Issues

I feel compelled to share my experience with this credit card, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since receiving the card, I've been unable to activate it due to a series of broken activation flows on their website and app. The customer service team has been of little help, often providing conflicting information and no real solutions.

To make matters worse, on the few occasions when it seemed like the card was activated, it was consistently declined at various merchants, despite having a sufficient credit limit and no outstanding payments. This has been both embarrassing and inconvenient, especially in situations where I depended on this card for transactions.

The lack of reliability and efficiency in both activation and usage of this card is unacceptable. I've lost count of the number of hours spent trying to resolve these issues, only to be met with more frustration. It's incredibly disappointing, especially from a service that is supposed to streamline financial transactions.

My advice to potential customers is to look elsewhere for credit card services. The hassle and unreliability are simply not worth it. I am now in the process of closing my account and finding a provider that can offer a functional and reliable service.

When you have bad credit you can’t expect an amazing card

For my credit and understanding I’m working my way to the big cards I’m happy with this card. People complaining should understand for a bad credit card this card is fantastic. Payments post next day, not as many outrageous fees as other bad credit cards, and take a plethora of payment options. I’ll say this I opened an account with Revvi and CreditOne. Revvi blows CreditOne out of the water. We will see when it’s time for an increase but so far I’m the happiest with this card. I regret my decision to get the CreditOne card but I don’t regret my decision to get this one. I’ve only had the account 3 months but so far 5 stars
.UPDATE! Had one accidental nsf when it went through my bank almost a year after on time payments and they suspended my account. I have 13$ left to pay out of 300 and can’t wait to pay it now and be done w them. Be very careful!
