This version of Pokeworks is by far worse than the previous one by comparison. Aside from the rising menu prices, Pokeworks doesn’t automatically credit my account for purchases even though I used Pokeworks to apply the $5 bonus for merging to the new app. The cashier assured me that my account would be credited for that purchase but it wasn’t. I also was not issued a paper receipt so I’m unable to manually apply the points. With the rising prices of these bowls, it’s a considerable amount of lost point credit. The only useful thing I can tell is my previously banked points rolled over to Pokeworks as well as my gift card credit.

I had a good amount of rewards on my old account, which shouldn’t be a problem to transfer over, but I cant even use them bc the location i usually go to doesn’t exist on the new app and the old app doesn’t work anymore. cant order online at that location either anymore, even though it still does exist. ordering poke in store is such a hassle bc of all the customizations that i honestly would rather not go.

This is the second $5 rewards that I couldn’t redeem. The scanner doesn’t work, the staff said that the supervisor was aware earlier but why didn’t they try to fix the problem. The coupons are only good for 2 hours from when you redeem them. Can’t they do it manually? What’s the point in having a rewards program when you can’t use them. False advertising

The promise is you get $5 off but you have to jump through so many loops and register as a loyal customer. Then you have to sign up for their text messaging. Maybe all this is optional but it is sure vague. I just dont feel they have been honest with me. Then i go to the store and they tell me the system has not been set up at the store!!! Way to build customer good will.

this app gave another two weeks to use the promotional credit but all the issues still persist. At least they eventually answered my complaint. I’m updating my stars to two instead of one.

I miss the old app where it had notes on the end of your order. I also like the fact I could add stuff to my standard bowl or salad on top of what already came standard.

I like their food and would love to get some, but despite ordering their food through other delivery services before, Pokeworks always tells me that delivery is never available and I've tried many different times on different days, so I have to give a bad review.

I purchased gift cards at the end of last year and found out today that the remaining balance after the use of a coupon cannot be paid with a gift card that has been loaded on Pokeworks . Also, unable to tip. Not cool.

The new version of Pokeworks is terrible. You can no longer pay on it, you can no longer add a comment on it for instance to go lighter on the white rice, and not all of the store options are on Pokeworks either. Pokeworks used to make ordering very convenient, and now it is anything but.

Like the title says, the old app was better. In the old app I was able to order and get it delivered to me from my closest this app restaurant. Now in this new app, that this app doesn’t even show up and the only one that does show up is farther way from and therefore does not deliver.

I am a regular here, but today the size of the poke burritos shrink… I told the lady, she said because I did not packed in more stuff. Ok…
I hope next time would be a better experience.

The new app is horrible. Please bring back the old app.
Every time I use Pokeworks in store there are issues with the scanner working and paying (only charges a partial amount so I have to run my card 2x). Never had any issues with old app!!!!

Pokeworks is a scam. My order is suddenly cancelled and when I call to the restaurant, the restaurant said they have never got my order. They do not give me back my money and there is no call center to contact to. Be careful of using this scam app.

I had a few dollars on my old gift card that did not transfer over and there is no way of checking because the old app doesn’t work after you've downloaded the new app.

Advertised a $5 coupon off for signing up, but never received anything even after following all the instructions to sign up with email, phone number, download app, etc.

Pokeworks only works for a few locations. Online ordering is not available for the others. Makes Pokeworks pretty much useless.

Ever since I’ve downloaded the new app, I can’t get into my account to access my points. I’ve been trying to reset my password for a week and haven’t gotten a single email.

I tried to order in this new app and in doordash and got the same error "Error validating basket" when i tried to check out.

New app seems to have to many bugs. I spend a fortune here every month and lost so many purchase points when new app came out.

Pokeworks seems great so far and i know it launched today but workers should be able to be tipped. please fix this ASAP. people’s bills and children depend on it.

My banked rewards from gift cards moved from old app are visible but cannot be applied to order. Thus app is not functional.

I login in with old info, it asks what my first name is then I can’t get past that.
