- The size of the poke burritos has shrunk and the staff blamed the customer for not packing in more stuff.

- The new version of the app is worse than the previous one and does not automatically credit accounts for purchases, causing lost point credit.

- The app does not include all locations, making it difficult to use rewards and order online.

- The scanner for rewards coupons does not work and the coupons are only valid for a short period of time, making the rewards program ineffective.

To resolve Pokeworks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pokeworks App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pokeworks » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pokeworks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pokeworks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pokeworks.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pokeworks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pokeworks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
