I had a good amount of rewards on my old account, which shouldn’t be a problem to transfer over, but I cant even use them bc the location i usually go to doesn’t exist on the new app and the old app doesn’t work anymore. cant order online at that location either anymore, even though it still does exist. ordering poke in store is such a hassle bc of all the customizations that i honestly would rather not go.

This is the second $5 rewards that I couldn’t redeem. The scanner doesn’t work, the staff said that the supervisor was aware earlier but why didn’t they try to fix the problem. The coupons are only good for 2 hours from when you redeem them. Can’t they do it manually? What’s the point in having a rewards program when you can’t use them. False advertising

The promise is you get $5 off but you have to jump through so many loops and register as a loyal customer. Then you have to sign up for their text messaging. Maybe all this is optional but it is sure vague. I just dont feel they have been honest with me. Then i go to the store and they tell me the system has not been set up at the store!!! Way to build customer good will.
