I have a problem with Tinker FCU

No current problems

- Credit card portion not user-friendly and does not recognize user's credit card

- Mobile deposit feature difficult to use

- Inability to see credit card transactions

- Complaint conversion feature not working

- Lost payees and need to confirm password twice to add payee

- No responsive customer service

- Inability to schedule payments on Bill Pay

- Password requirement prevents passwords over 20 characters

- Accounts show left-to-right instead of top-to-bottom (previous layout)

- Loan accounts no longer show payment and due date on main screen.

To resolve Tinker FCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Tinker FCU App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tinker FCU » click [Force Stop]

Clear Tinker FCU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tinker FCU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tinker FCU.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tinker FCU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tinker FCU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tinker FCU
