How to fix ValiCash app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ValiCash app on iPhone
Update ValiCash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ValiCash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ValiCash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ValiCash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ValiCash Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ValiCash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ValiCash App
1. On android, goto Settings » ValiCash » click [Force Stop]

Update ValiCash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ValiCash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ValiCash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ValiCash.

Fix ValiCash unable to contact server/ ValiCash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ValiCash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ValiCash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ValiCash
