I need to know where my package is at and when will it arrive. I ordered 2 frostbite snowmen and it’s telling me my package been shipped, now it’s delayed due to weather. I’m disappointed right now because I haven’t got my package yet.
I became a tiktok seller a few months ago and I thought i was learning it well and doing good I was mislead by my mentor and things got mixed up I couldn't cover an order. It was to expensive and I did what I could to come up with the money. But my store is deactivated. It still says the pending large order. I was hoping they would cancel then I could get on with it and not happen again. I know I could get it straight and do well. Please I need my store reactivated. I was so excited for the opportunity. It is painful, I have been selling with them for 4 months, I passed my approval to sell, since then I have not received a dollar from them, I have been talking to agents every day and today they told me that they were not going to pay me any of my money and that my store would close, even so it is hard, they kept 500 dollars of my products plus I lost the investment I had made, this should be something to sue them for thieves, it is very hard that they do this to people and they do not even give an answer to our demands as sellers, it is the first place I see where they steal your money and nothing happens, what disappointment and frustration I would prefer to pay a lawyer if I knew that you can sue these shameless people.

There are too many products being denied for unexplained reasons. The app also creates violations that negatively affect your shop health with vague descriptions as to why you received a violation. Nor do they provide details on how to support your appeal of said violation. Although we ship extremely fast we sell perishable items which we prefer to ship on Mon-Wednesday/Thursday depending on package destination to avoid shipping delays and to ensure freshness, however the site makes you ship in 24 hours or you receive a violation.

I was doing pretty well on there last year and suddenly out of nowhere it seems, they flipped the script and told us we couldn’t sell our perfume anymore. We sent them copies of our ingredients, sds, and basically everything legally possible, and after trying with them over the phone for the passed 10months now, I still have yet to get this resolved. They keep saying “try posting another listing?”, they claim they can do nothing to help and yet there are many other merchants selling the same thing I am. It’s been a nightmare and at this point I’m at a loss. It has quite literally been the most stressful, difficult, and daunting experience. No only that but since they have quite literally crippled us by not helping with simple product listings, they will not push our shop at all through the algorithm. We are being financially choked out to the point where I’ve had to layoff my entire workforce, which was heartbreaking to say the least, I’ve suffered some severe stress both physically and financially because of this. 10 months with no real help… I feel hopeless.
