I ordered my toddler a sweatsuit & I never got it . It was supposed to be delivered no later than 2 weeks but it never showed up & kept changing delivery date . it took over a month and still no receive for me to call customer service for them to tell me my package was LOST 3 days during the transfer before getting delivered.

Sorry to mark this down. RalphLauren worked well for a few weeks, but then it started having issues. Now it doesn’t even load up. It just crashes all the time.

I hate orders from Ralph Lauren for years for baby gifts and Christmas presents etc. However, this year I am having trouble with one gift but customer service refused to help me. It’s either wait until it delivers on this day but it’s been over a week in a half and the baby shower is over and the gift is still being delivered back and forth from fedex facility.

Cannot checkout with either Apple Pay or PayPal. I emailed customer service and received a condescending response. A few days after discovering the issue, it still exists. Luckily, I was able to checkout by manually entering my card info.

Great site otherwise. Love RL!

A touch of a problem with the cart as I came in and out. Moreover, the kids sales items were not always associated with the bigger sale. That being said, the layout is gorgeous! It is what Ive come to expect from RL.

I had the same issue with ApplePay and PayPal. I tried several times but the feature does not work. Love the clothing though.

I appreciate being able to experience the entire world of Ralph Lauren through RalphLauren , including browsing the latest products and also watch items that are of particular interest. I do find that RalphLauren can go AWOL at times where it brings back blank displays and nothing but a close and restart is required.

One of the better apps in terms of providing segmented/target content so that I don’t have to waste time wading through what wouldn’t interest me. The look and feel is very rich and does a much better job of reflecting diverse demographics than peer brands.
