I order online almost every day. Groceries, big box items, clothes, decor, furniture - almost exclusively all online so an app like this is a must to track my packages. It was great for several years then it stopped recognizing half my deliveries. Usually deleting and reinstalling gets rid of whatever bug but this last rime in March 2022 that did nothing. Even after packages were delivered, it would say they’re on their way still. Whenever I tried to delete them or mark them as delivered to get them out of my expected delivery, I pushed the button and nothing would happen. I deleted and reinstalled it and instead of everything coming back and refreshing, now it tells me the latest order I have is from February 2021…..hmmm I don’t think so. Stinks cause there’s no other app I can find like this out there that checks your emails and updates your orders and deliveries automatically in Slice . Everyone else offers manual input, who wants to do that 10+ x a week?? No thanks. Fix your app!!!

Before deciding on this app, I had tried a few similar apps but none of them compared. this app worked perfect for quite awhile, but the issues began slowly adding up. I started having extremely frustrating issues with separating an order into different shipments. Orders from my accounts linked to this app either lagged on appearing in app or the orders never appeared at all. I’d take the time to edit an item in an order, to then have all of the edited information completely disappear (re-do it, disappears again). Most recently I’ve been having an issue adding a photo to an item. The search for a photo loads nothing except a blank page- turns out having the ability to add a photo for an item is a feature I liked way more than I thought. I hope these issues can be fixed; I’d much prefer to stick with this app seeing as I really never liked the other available apps.

Slice is no longer giving push notifications on shipment progress; as Slice will allow you to turn them on within but doesn’t do anything. Furthermore, Slice should allow you to be able to see the shipment progress of your packages via Slice rather than us having to click the tracking number taking us to the carrier’s website to see the details. Slice was really amazing when I first discovered it, however over time with all the numerous unnecessary updates and changes Slice has become glitchy and very unreliable to say the least.

Slice is offered by an analytics company that offers the free app in exchange for permission to read all your email. It claims that Slice has been programmed to ignore personal email and to anonymize your data. I'm willing to accept that their intentions are good but how many times a year do we read about flawed privacy routines in software? In my case, it's not that I'm up to no good; it's that I don't want any company having access to sensitive financial data that ends up in the hands of hackers. To their credit, the company is very up front about how they benefit from the free app and there appears to be an option that you can choose that they not sell your data but no option preventing them from collecting it.

This used to be a great app until it locked me out, I’m assuming because I changed passwords but I’m not sure. I only used Slice at xmas every year, but then heavily. I have reached out to their support team but haven’t heard a word. I tried resetting things using their steps with no luck. I tried reinstalling Slice which wiped the data (yay) but then doesn’t let you put the data back in correctly, just states it’s being used by another account. Nope, at least it better not be. Anyway, I’d love to use it again as it used to be great to keep my packages from being stolen, but wow does their team need some support for their support team. I say that having worked for online support myself. Anyone out there????

I have been using Slice for years, and it’s always been my favorite of all the tracking apps I’ve tried. That said, lately Slice has been just a terrible experience. I struggle to manually add shipments (they just don’t appear on my dashboard after completing - no matter how many times I retry on both ipad and iphone). My iPhone and ipad experience are never synced these days, and no amount of refreshing corrects it. On top of all that, getting in touch with support is the worst experience as it’s hard to navigate to the contact section and you get no updates on a response (if you do ever get one).

Really disappointing experience and currently searching for a replacement app, sadly, after all of the fantastic years I’ve had using Slice.

Love the concept of this - but feel like the trade off isn’t appropriate. The company gets access to my email and years of my last and future shopping habits? Give me a bit more functionality in Slice then - like batch editing or spending summaries that account for my returns. I’d so love to have an app that tracks my shopping - and I’m willing to make the data/privacy trade off for the right functionality. Unfortunately, despite its capabilities Slice falls short by not going a step further to provide additional user tools and what seems like an indifference to its user community (seems to be little if any user/customer service). Needs to do more to earn the data they are getting to monetize.

Well like I said I’ve had Slice for a few yrs and When I 1st download it was second to none! Now after the many updates it’s received that’s not so much the case, There are times I have to manually upload the tracking for items I’ve purchased and the estimated times are way off. Just yesterday I received a statement that package would arrive today. Well that package never showed and now it says a “one day away” I’m all for improving but this seems to go backwards when you try to “ update” all in all not bad. Let’s see what the next update brings.

I’ve been using Slice for years to help track my orders. In recent weeks, it doesn’t allow some packages marked “past due” to be manually marked delivered, so ghost packages just hang around indefinitely. Also annoying is the inability to keep packages that have been en route for an extended time in the shipments queue; a shipment that had been in progress since early May kept disappearing from my shipments list and was buried in my orders list (I do a lot of online shopping). These are both inconvenient quirks that can stand to be addressed. Otherwise, a good app.

First, Slice keeps locking up on me and I have to close it and reopen. This is especially true if I leave Slice and then come back to it.

I really like the concept and the fact that it will pull from my email account. And it's been helpful keeping track of my numerous orders.

I wish I could combine orders, shipments, payments and deliver into one item. As I sometimes wind up with 5 or six instances for one order. Especially if both the shipping company and the shipper notify me the item has been shipped.

Would be nice to add an email manually when it doesn't pick up the order.

Being able to add notes to each item could also be helpful.

However, all in all, I'm pleased with Slice and will keep using it.

I don’t usually bother taking the time to write a review for an app unless I’m really impressed and Slice is definitely impressed me. I stumbled on this while I was searching for an app that would keep track of all my online orders so I could track my packages all in one place. I tried a few of the other apps that claimed to do just that and I suppose that they did but I was completely annoyed by the fact that I had to manually add every order and it’s tracking number and even then the tracking info was delayed or just completely unavailable even when I could run the number and track it myself. An app that required me to manually add all my info is absolutely useless if you ask me since your pretty much the one who has to keep track of everything in your own, what I was really looking for was an app that got all my info automatically from the confirmation emails and I almost gave up until I found this one. So far it seems to have found every single order that I’ve placed since I downloaded it all on its own and it always provides me with accurate tracking info for all my orders. This is a must have app if you do a lot of shopping online, skip messing with the others and download this one. Thanks to the developers for exactly Slice that I was looking for.

I have been using Slice for years, but today they gave me something I had to write about. So I bought an item and when the price dropped I got a notification about it. I then used Slice to send an email to the merchant and got the difference. I never really looked around Slice while using it. I didn’t even know a about this feature. I wound up getting half the price of the item back. I’ve also been able to track packages easily. USE Slice!

This is a must have for anyone who doesn’t like to go through their list of binge purchases to track them all day. Slice automatically finds all of your packages without you having to sign into anything. Found my eBay packages just because I had the eBay app installed. Five out of five would recommend. Works great while I’m at school for quick package checking ;)

I hardly EVER leave reviews here on Slice Store, but I just can’t say enough about how AWESOME & accurate Slice is at notifying me of my package deliveries.
This became especially apparent to me after I purchased the Deliveries app a few months ago. Everyone was talking about how amazing the Deliveries app was & how they couldn’t live without it. So, I went ahead & paid for it based on others’ recommendations. Compared to this app? It’s awful!! You have to type in all your package info and even after doing that, Deliveries is STILL not as fast or accurate as this app.
I tested this out recently by tracking the same package using both apps. Not only did I NOT have to “tell” this app that a package was on its way (it automatically picked the info up from my email), but I received a notification on my Apple Watch that the package had arrived. It took Deliveries a few hours later to update.
My advice: save your money!! this app is FREE & is hands-down THE best package delivery app available to date.

I can keep track of when something was ordered and when it was delivered or not. Great organization tool. The history helps me to set up auto shipments because I can see exactly when I ordered something without searching for the info on my computer. This is only the second app review I’ve left, but I’m writing one because this is a terrific app for someone who shops on the internet.

Best. app. ever. Tracks orders and deliveries quickly and accurately *and* monitors for price drops! I rely heavily on Slice, especially during busy shopping seasons. It maintains history of ordering from all sources which has been valuable on more than one occasion. I’m now sold on the price drop feature—the price of our dishwasher dropped within days of purchase and Slice helped us easily request a refund. That is money in our pocket that we wouldn’t have even thought to seek out!

One drawback to multiple online purchases is the tendency to overlook some of the undelivered packages. Slice makes it easier to keep tabs on all your expected items therefore minimizing the possibility of "forgetting" about an undelivered online order. Additionally, you are alerted to how much you have been spending for online purchases because of the past purchases section (makes it easier to control your splurges). Perfect little online shopping assistant for me!

I rely on this app to keep me updated on the status of all of my (many, many) online orders. this app never asks me to copy/paste long tracking numbers into USPS or Fedex. It just does it for me automatically. 💅🏼

As a city-dwelling shopaholic, I love knowing when my packages are out for delivery and when they arrive, so I can grab them before any passerby tries to swoop in on my stuff. I haven’t had a package stolen since downloading Slice. Price drops are neat, too! I saved $25 on a headboard I purchased because this app came through and alerted me about a price drop. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using Slice for about three years. I can't remember exactly when I started using it I just know I probably can't live without it. It tells you when your package has been shipped, when it arrived, when expect it, and where it's location is. This applies to any package that you bought no matter the courier or seller. It also logs all your online bills that you pay. Just recently I noticed they have added new things. I haven't tried these things yet but if you're curious, I think you should! Definitely worth your time because in a scheme of things it will save you time.

I have been using Slice for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that I have not found a better app that package track and tracks prices.
Last year I was sent within Slice a thank you for purchasing Spectrum with my name on the letter and another address within a different state. I was shocked because I found out someone was using my identity to buy stuff. I immediately called the company and told them do not install anything. Had to report to police and they all wanted app on their phones because it did an incredible job foiling a crime.

I have ADHD and Learning differences and have been using Slice since it’s beta origins! While it sometimes misses orders, or doesn’t always do everything. Like pickup shipments, recognize returns, or show the best photos automatically if at all. It is customizable and over time has improved dramatically. It’s superbly updated and supported. And it keeps my order history memorable and positive in a fairly easy way that is superbly easy for me to organize and keep track of. And when you don’t have a strong visual memory or recall and a weak short term memory across the board. This is invaluable.
