Very bad customer service and always delayed orders

Balyبلي itself has a below average design and user experience don't expect the beat looking app

The service is cheaper than all other services thats why myself and others use it

Customer service is non existent, you end up raising tickets to the void, and sending a complaint is rather a lengthy, if i want to raise a complaint Balyبلي redirects me to a phone number, when i call it they redirect me to their website and open a ticket within the browser

i have been threatened multiple times by drivers who want more payment, my bag almost got stolen twice, and if i cancel on some captains they memorize my location come to me even though i cancelled and call me non stop to use their ride

Extremely horrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone especially for women as it can be really unsafe for them

Dirty cars, stupid drivers who doesn’t know how to use the map, always wasting my time,
Sticky , bad smell cars !
After dealing with them for two months, i deleted Balyبلي today.

Old cars, unpolite captains, affordable prices but when the ride ends Captain asks for an extra charge! When you complain the company says Yes we will fix this but nothing has changed😏 Close this bad App please and start another successful business.

There is a problem always happens to me
When i order food it delayed for more than hour and when i speaks to the support they always send apologies but nothing happens
And sometimes the order doesn’t come like what I ordered

I ordered from one of the sweet shops and I received the order and one of the items is missing, I called the driver he said call the sweet shop and I called them and they referred me to Balyبلي support and I sent them many messages and they never responded, through Balyبلي support inside Balyبلي and through their Facebook page.
Really frustrating and disappointing.

The application is currently very bad. I order food and it is delayed for 5 or more, and sometimes even with waiting, the order does not come at all. The unfortunate restaurant management cancels it. When I speak with the support department, it sends the nearest apology message and sticks it without my help. The application descends to the worst in terms of delivery, and restaurants collect orders without Sending this does not happen when I use the rest of the applications such as Quick or Talabat only in this application

Hello developer a lot of my friends told me about this application and they told me that this application is very beautiful but when I download it I found it it's not support screen reader voiceover for blind and Visual impaired I am blind person and I can't use your application because it's not supported and I can't do anything at this application I can't make orders I can't see my location at the map this is a problem if you can't fix it that's great best wishes

This application is bad because it has so much mistakes, he makes a problems between the driver and passenger and Balyبلي it gives a lot of problems to the passenger and the driver, because it gives untruthful information. The application tells the driver there is one location to go but actually it has two location to go and back. This makes a problem between the driver and the passenger

I used to use it all the time when the prices used to be reasonable! Now, they jumped up the prices as they expanded.

Other than that and as far as the application, its really easy to use and user friendly interface.

مواقعهم كلها غلط، والتاكسي عادي يذبك بنص منطقة متعرفها لو يكلك عندي موعد ماكدر اوصلك للمكان الي تريده ، واني بنية ووقت متاخر بالليل ..like سالمين 😂
تاكسي بلي لو تكونون كدها وتستثمرون على خريطة وسستم محترم! لو طلعوا أفضل من اجهزة الايفون الى ان تشوفون روحكم كدها، وكلش بعيدين عن هالشي حاليا .

my problem is not with Balyبلي it self but with the company behind it and the service the provide with there drivers I downloaded Balyبلي about 2 month ago I tried to get a ride for about 20 times and I never get a car at my site, the number of times I was late or get embarrassed with my friends or family for making them wait a long time for nothing, the drivers cancels me almost every time and some of them just leave me hanging for way too long then cancels, after all of that I just gave up on Balyبلي entirely, I don’t recommend it at all👎🏻

I’m having this issue since i’ve downloaded Balyبلي , when i order a taxi most of the times the car’s plate number does not show with the driver’s details, and i’m having such a bad time with that because isn’t it the whole point of taxi apps to be safe and all? i even had a taxi where i asked the driver for the plate number because it didn’t show up and he literally told me “ i don’t know my plate number” which by the way that it self is a whole other problem, i wish you could fix this issue because it’s really a big problem.

When i give Balyبلي permission to arrive at my site, no restaurant or store appears.
it's a great app and I wish you will able to fix this problem.

i downloaded Balyبلي and went for a taxi first of all he put loud songs and I don’t even like to hear songs . And he asked me to cancel the order so he can get more money (the company won’t take money when i cancel the order i guess) but i refused and after i got out from the car my friend was still there and he told me that the driver cancelled the order himself and rated me as bad customer or something WHAT . Didn’t even know how to rate him or send feedback to the application . It feels hard to know what car is Balyبلي ’s also when we were getting into the car he went to get cigarettes which caused some delay. But i know there are lots of good drivers on Balyبلي but you guys should show me history of drivers and let me send feedback about what happend for real . My other experiences from Balyبلي but in my friend’s phone were much better so not giving bad rating .

For me, Baly has been my favorite app since I’ve downloaded it last month. it’s a convenient way to travel in the city. Taxi drivers these days try to make you pay more than the cost but with Baly it’s even less expensive which is great. Loved the service, definitely would recommend!

The best app for transport online in Iraq, apps like this make our world better place. Thanks i always have lots of problem for finding cars and food, Balyبلي is new some problems are exist but i am sure it can provide us lots of services.
