The app itself has a below average design and user experience don't expect the beat looking app

The service is cheaper than all other services thats why myself and others use it

Customer service is non existent, you end up raising tickets to the void, and sending a complaint is rather a lengthy, if i want to raise a complaint the app redirects me to a phone number, when i call it they redirect me to their website and open a ticket within the browser

i have been threatened multiple times by drivers who want more payment, my bag almost got stolen twice, and if i cancel on some captains they memorize my location come to me even though i cancelled and call me non stop to use their ride

Extremely horrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone especially for women as it can be really unsafe for them

The application is currently very bad. I order food and it is delayed for 5 or more, and sometimes even with waiting, the order does not come at all. The unfortunate restaurant management cancels it. When I speak with the support department, it sends the nearest apology message and sticks it without my help. The application descends to the worst in terms of delivery, and restaurants collect orders without Sending this does not happen when I use the rest of the applications such as Quick or Talabat only in this application

Hello developer a lot of my friends told me about this application and they told me that this application is very beautiful but when I download it I found it it's not support screen reader voiceover for blind and Visual impaired I am blind person and I can't use your application because it's not supported and I can't do anything at this application I can't make orders I can't see my location at the map this is a problem if you can't fix it that's great best wishes
